Abstract:
A tilt-up door for a building having an opening including a door frame with vertical track members, cam surfaces extending laterally from the vertical tracks at the upper portion of the tracks and a door sized to span the opening. The door can be pivotally coupled with rollers disposed within the vertical tracks and cam followers extending laterally from the upper portion of the door to contact the cam surfaces. When an upwardly directed motive force acts on the door the cam followers come into engagement with the cam surface to lift the door generally vertically and then rotate the door inwardly as the door is raised into an open raised position.
Abstract:
A window regulator includes a carrier. The carrier includes a holding section and is capable slide along a guide rail with the holding section slidably contacting on the guide rail. The carrier supports a window panel. A brake mechanism is provided on the carrier. The brake mechanism prevents the window panel (the carrier) from self-weight drop by slidably contacting onto the guide rail by an urging force thereof. According to the window regulator, good down operations of the window panel can be maintained even if a slidably contacting portion(s) of the holding section that holds the guide rail becomes worn.
Abstract:
A synchronized actuation system for sliding doors, of the type of those formed, in which the pulling grip (1) and the free grip (2) have flanges (12) and the belt (4) and free (2) and pulling (1) grips are joined by a connecting shoe (3). With this configuration it is possible to carry out assembly and maintenance operations vertically and therefore in situ.
Abstract:
A carriage which serves to hold a panel, has at least one running element such as a magnet, a wheel and/or a sliding element which is held by at least one corresponding magnetic element or supported on a running surface of an at least approximately U-profile or L-profile-shaped rail. The carriage comprises one or two carriage parts which can be anchored to the panel by mounting elements, such that the two carriage parts can be anchored on the opposing sides (4a, 4b) of the panel. One carriage part is further contemplated, which can be introduced into a groove arranged on the upper side of the panel between the sides and anchored there by the mounting elements. Further provided is a carriage and a mounting device which can be coupled to the carriage and to the glass panel with two assembly parts which are each formed or mounted on one side on the upper side or within a groove of the panel.
Abstract:
A horizontal wall is formed with a notch groove. The notch groove is formed by cutting a tip end of the horizontal wall on the side of the vehicle body substantially along an approaching/separating direction between a vehicle body and a slide door. A connecting unit which turnably connects a plate and a roller holder of a connection assembly to each other is movably inserted into the notch groove. The plate and the horizontal wall of the bracket are fastened to each other in a state where they are superposed on each other.
Abstract:
The device used to hold a separation element (6), in particular a glass panel, comprises a carriage (1) with a carriage body (11) and at least one wheel (124, 125) which rolls on a running surface (231) of a rail (2). The carriage (1) is releasably connected to a mounting element (3) which is connected to the separation element (6). The mounting element (3) which is mounted laterally on an upper edge (62) of the separation element (6) comprises a guide profile (30) provided with a first guide surface (333) which holds a lower and an upper flange element (114; 115) of the carriage body (11) inserted therein which can be displaced along the first guide surface (333) extending inclined by a first angle (a) relative to the upper edge (62) of the separation element (6) and can be locked in an appropriate position by means of locking elements (35, 92).
Abstract:
The invention concerns a window lift arrangement with a lifter for a window pane, an door panel, positioning means for positioning the lifter relative to the door panel in an installation position for installation of the window pane, wherein the positioning instruments can assume a first and a second position, wherein the positioning instruments in the first position define the installation position and wherein the positioning instruments in the second position release a movement of the lifter for opening and closing the installed window pane.
Abstract:
A construction apparatus having a frame adapted to be mounted on a support; at least one work object, having a predetermined upper portion and a lower portion; and an assembly mounting the work object in supported relation on the frame by the upper portion or the lower portion of the work object for substantially lateral movement relative to the support in the performance of a work operation.
Abstract:
A window regulator includes a carrier member to which a window panel is attached, a pair of sliding elements provided on the carrier member, and a positioning unit which relatively positions the pair of sliding elements in a state where the pair of sliding elements press the guide rail and the pair of sliding elements sandwich the guide rail.
Abstract:
A brake shoe assembly is mounted in a sash window assembly. The sash window assembly has a sash window slidably supported within a master frame and the master frame has tracks. The brake shoe assembly has a slider body adapted to be received in the track of the master frame. The slider body has a central opening and further has an upper opening in communication with the central opening. A cam is positioned in the central opening and is adapted to receive a pivot pin attached to the sash window. A clip is positioned in the upper opening. The clip is accessible from proximate a top of the slider body for connection to and removal from the slider body.
