Abstract:
An electrical receptacle connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a plurality of upper-row receptacle terminals, and a plurality of lower-row receptacle terminals. The insulated housing is received in the metallic shell. The upper-row receptacle terminals are held in the insulated housing and include a plurality of tail portions protruded from a bottom of the insulation body to be arranged into a row. The lower-row receptacle terminals are held in the insulated housing and include a plurality of tail portions protruded from the bottom of the insulated housing to be arranged into a first row and a second row. The tail portions of the lower-row receptacle terminals are parallel to the tail portions of the upper-row receptacle terminals.
Abstract:
An electrical connector is provided, including a main body, first terminals installed at a seat of the main body, second terminals embedded in the seat, and a housing. The housing has a bottom wall, two side walls, and a top wall, and defines an accommodating space having a first opening and a second opening. A plurality of first spring plates are disposed on the top wall and bottom wall. A second spring plate is disposed near the second opening of the top wall. Third spring plates are disposed near the second opening of the bottom wall. When a connector plug is plugged into the electrically connector, the first, second and third spring plates make contact with an iron housing of the connector plug to increase the contact area between the connector plug and the electrical connector, and reduce electromagnetic interference to peripheral devices.
Abstract:
An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing and a metallic shell. The insulated housing includes a base member, an upper portion, a lower portion and defines a mating room between the upper portion and the lower portion. The upper portion and the lower portion are extending from one side of the base member. The metallic shell encloses the insulated housing, and includes a front shell and a rear shell. The front shell includes a front cover portion and a rear cover portion. The rear cover portion is extending from a rear side of the front cover portion. The rear shell encloses the front side of the base member and includes a front extending plate propped on the rear cover portion, so that the front shell and the rear shell are fixed with each other.
Abstract:
An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing, and a metallic shell. The insulated housing includes a base member, an upper portion, a lower portion and a mating room between the upper portion and the lower portion. The base member includes a plurality of recessed portions. The upper and lower portions are extending from one side of the base member. The metallic shell encloses the insulated housing, and the metallic shell includes a rear case body and a front case body. The base member is inside the rear case body. The front case body is drawn from the rear case body to be formed at a front side of the rear case body. The front case body protrudes from the front side of the rear case body. The front case body defines a receiving cavity therein to dispose the upper portion and the lower portion.
Abstract:
This invention is related to a waterproof electrical connector which comprises an insulation body, a metal shell, a plurality of terminals, a waterproof rubber, and a waterproof rubber ring. The insulation body includes a rubber core and a tongue blade, the tongue blade extending outward from the rubber core. The metal shell surrounds the insulation body and forms a coupling space, wherein the metal shell is a seamless structure. These terminals are fixed in the rubber core, one end of the terminals is located in the tongue blade, and the other end of the terminals pierces through the side of the rubber core away from the tongue blade. The waterproof rubber is located at the side of the rubber core away from the tongue blade, and connects the metal shell, the rubber core, and these terminals. And the waterproof rubber ring surrounds the front end of the metal shell. Compared to the prior art, this invention of the waterproof electrical connector not only has the smaller whole volume, but also has the higher strength, is not easy to be deformed, and is more durable.
Abstract:
A chip card connector includes a housing and a plurality of terminals. The housing has a partition part and a plurality of openings formed on two sides of the partition part. The terminals are disposed in the openings. Each of the terminals has a first end embedded in or movably attached to the partition part, a second end penetrating a side surface of the housing and exposed from the housing, and a protruding contact part disposed between the first and second end for making contact with a chip card. Therefore, the problem of the prior art is solved that a chip card is likely to hook the contact part pf a conventional chip card connector that has the contact part extending from a cantilever of a terminal when the chip card is plugged into or unplugged from the chip card connector and the terminal are easily deformed or damaged.
Abstract:
A waterproof electronic receptacle connector includes a plastic-core housing, an insulation housing, terminals, a waterproof ring gasket and a sealing material. The plastic-core housing includes a through hole. The insulation housing is configured in the through hole and includes a base and a tongue plate. The base includes an inner side plane facing toward the through hole and an outer side plane facing toward an outside of the through hole. The tongue plate is extended from the inner side plane. The terminals are passing through the base. Each terminal includes a contacting end extended from the tongue plate and a welding end connected to the contacting end and extruded from the outer side plane. The waterproof ring gasket is abutted between the base and an inner wall of the through hole. The sealing material is formed on the outer side plane to fill gaps between the terminal and the base.
Abstract:
An electrical connector plug has resilient contact terminals for electrical connection to an electrical connector socket. The electrical connector plug has an electrically conductive housing, and a dielectric shell and resilient contact terminals are mounted in the electrically conductive housing. The dielectric shell has a base portion and a front edge portion extending from the base portion. Two groups of resilient contact terminals are mounted on the dielectric shell and axially symmetrical to each other in the longitudinal direction, with each of the resilient contact terminals having a flat section and an upwardly protruding contact section. A metallic shield frame surrounds the front edge portion and is electrically connected to the electrically conductive housing, with the metallic shield frame having a front section and two lateral protective sections. The lateral protective sections have a height no less than that of the upwardly protruding contact sections.
