    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are provided for signalling transmissions using carriers of different numerologies. In one example, a baseband processor of a base station is configured to perform operations including encoding a first signal to be transmitted on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) on a first component carrier with a first subcarrier spacing. The first signal includes downlink control information (DCI) indicating resources for a second signal to be transmitted on a second component carrier with a second subcarrier spacing. The DCI is based on a predetermined numerology and respective numerologies of the first component carrier and the second component carrier are different from one another in accordance with the first subcarrier spacing and the second subcarrier spacing. The baseband processor is configured to cause transmission of the first signal on the PDCCH.

The UE can be configured to: identify a resource set for a WUS with a repetition level, wherein: the resource set for the WUS includes a mapping of the WUS that associates the WUS with one or more physical resource blocks and one or more orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols, and the repetition level identifies a number of base sequences for the WUS in the resource set; and switch to a network access mode (NAM) from a power saving mode (PSM) based on a detection of the WUS in the resource set.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for triggering and signaling of an inter-UE coordination message. A coordinating UE may determine to transmit, to a source UE, a set of resources for the source UE to use for sidelink communications. The determination may be based, at least in part, on an occurrence of at least one condition. The at least one condition may include the coordinating UE receiving a sidelink coordination request message form the source UE, the coordinating UE detecting a resource reservation collision between the source UE and a destination UE, and/or the coordinating UE detecting a half-duplex restriction at the source UE or the destination UE. The coordinating UE may transmit an inter-UE coordination message to the source UE. The inter-UE coordination message may include at least an indication of the set of resources.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured to determine a resource selection window which identifies a first set (e.g., a total set) of candidate resources. The UE may then remove one or more candidate resources from the first set of candidate resources in response to receiving sidelink control information (SCI) from a pedestrian UE with a reservation of the one or more first candidate resources. After removal of these candidate resources from the initial or first set based on their presumed unavailability, the result may be a second set of candidate resources, which may be a subset of the initial or first set for use in communicating with a third UE. The UE may also be configured to remove candidate resources based on a reference signal receive power (RSRP) threshold which can also be adjusted based on a maximum value or a highest priority of the pedestrian UE's data.

    Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein describe the use of synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block measurement time configuration (SMTC) 2 low power (SMTC2-LP) configuration(s). For cell measurements, a UE may determine that an SMTC2-LP configuration for one or more carriers of one or more target cells is known, determine a periodicity of SMTC occasions of the carrier(s) based on data found in the SMTC2-LP configuration(s), and cancel a cell measurement of an inter-frequency cell based at least in part on the periodicity of the SMTC occasion(s). For cell re-selection, a UE may determine that an SMTC2-LP configuration for a carrier being used at a target cell is known and that a physical cell identity (PCI) of the target cell is found in data of the SMTC2-LP configuration, determine a maximum paging interruption time using this periodicity, and perform a cell reselection to the target cell within this time.
