摘要： An apparatus and method having a terminal address designation for each source, such as an end terminal. The terminal addresses have a predetermined priority assigned thereto for permitting programmed logic to categorize each terminal address into a stage for orderly sequential handling of data. The programmed logic is generally contained prior to a centralized computer and is able to manipulate a plurality of sources in a predetermined staging process. Once an assessment of priority has been determined by the system, a message is sent to each source to relay the order of priority or other similar message to permit a user to assess the timeliness of the system processing and schedule accordingly.

摘要： The present invention relates to a system for recycling a halocarbon composition which generally removes a halocarbon composition from a first source to purify the halocarbon composition and injects the halocarbon composition to a second source. The present invention is particularly useful for recovering and recharging of a commonly used halocarbon composition, Halon 1301. The invention comprises a first line having a first and second end where the first end of the first line is connected to the first source. The first source has the halocarbon composition contained therein. A vapor recovery unit connects to the second end of the first line for permitting the halocarbon composition to be transported from the first source to the vapor recovery unit for compression. A second line connects the vapor recovery unit to a recovery bottle. The recovery bottle is cooled by a cooling system integrally connected thereto for separating the nitrogen from the halocarbon composition. Once the halocarbon gas has been purified, a return line which connects the recovery bottle to permit the purified halocarbon composition to return to a second source for later usage.

摘要： A tool for torquing a regulator onto a cylinder of a portable cylinder assembly. The tool includes a nut and a socket. The nut is configured to fit around a body of a regulator of a portable cylinder assembly. As such, the nut has a first set of grooves that avoids one or more valve assemblies on the body of the regulator. The socket has a cavity extending therethrough such that the cavity consists of three sections: a top section, a middle section and a bottom section. The top section of the socket is configured to be coupled to a device that applies a torque force on the socket. The middle section of the socket is configured to avoid a case of the regulator which is disposed above the body of the regulator. The bottom section of the socket is configured to be coupled to the nut.

In an example embodiment, the method includes: receiving, by one or more processors and from a remote user device, a photo file that comprises an image of the found item; generating, based on the image and using an image to image-description application, text describing an appearance of the found item; storing the generated text describing the appearance of the found item in a first record field from the plurality of record fields; and comparing the text within the first record field with text within a first record field in the existing item record to match the found item record with the existing item record.
