Abstract: A radar apparatus and a leakage correction method thereof are provided. The radar apparatus includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter includes a sinewave signal generator. The sinewave signal generator generates a sinewave signal. The receiver includes another sinewave signal generator and a correcting circuit. The receiver receives transmitting signals including the sinewave signal from the transmitter. The sinewave signal generator of the receiver generates another sinewave signal according to the amplitude of the transmitting signals or received transmitting signals. The correcting circuit corrects leakage situation on the received transmitting signals according to another sinewave signal. The phasor of sinewave form corresponding to the leakage situation relates to the phasor of another sinewave signal. Accordingly, the performance of receiver may be improved effectively.

Abstract: A temperature compensation circuit for a power amplifier is provided, wherein data of circuit configurations corresponding to specific temperatures (including data associated with an output terminal voltage, a bias voltage, an adaptive bias, and a matching impedance of the power amplifier) for the power amplifier is stored in a read-only memory. Therefore, the temperature compensation circuit is capable of reading the data according to a temperature sensing signal to adjust the circuit configuration of the power amplifier accordingly, thereby, in a case of a constant input power of the power amplifier, an output power variance of the power amplifier is within a second interval (e.g., −10%˜+10%) when an environment temperature varies within a first interval. Therefore, the power amplifier has a stable gain.

A second terminal of the second switch and a second terminal of the first switch are coupled to an output node, wherein the output node outputs an output voltage related to at least one of the first voltage and the second voltage.

Abstract: A switching circuit includes a first transmission terminal, a second transmission terminal, a third transmission terminal, and a variable impedance circuit. The first and the second transmission terminals coupled to a common node form a first transmission path. The third transmission terminal coupled to the common node forms a second transmission path with the first transmission terminal. The variable impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled between the common node and the third transmission terminal, and a second terminal coupled to a first reference potential terminal. When the first transmission path transmits a first signal, a first frequency bandwidth range provided by the variable impedance circuit is determined according to a first frequency of the first signal so that the variable impedance circuit provides low impedance in the first frequency bandwidth range, and the first frequency bandwidth range covers the first frequency.

Abstract: An amplifier circuit includes an input terminal used to receive an input signal, an output terminal used to output an output signal, an amplification unit, and a phase adjustment unit. The amplification unit includes an input terminal coupled to the input terminal of the amplifier circuit, an output terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit, a first terminal coupled to a first voltage terminal, and a second terminal coupled to a second voltage terminal. The phase adjustment unit is coupled to the amplification unit. When the amplifier circuit is operated in a first mode, the output signal has a first phase, and when the amplifier circuit is operated in a second mode, the output signal has a second phase. A difference between the first phase and the second phase is within a predetermined range.

Abstract: An amplifier circuit includes a first amplifier and a second amplifier. The first amplifier receives a first signal and generates a first amplification signal accordingly. The second amplifier receives a second signal and generates a second amplification signal accordingly. The first signal is related to a first frequency band, and the second signal is related to a second frequency band different from the first frequency band. When one of the first amplifier and the second amplifier is in use, the other one of the first amplifier and the second amplifier is unused. The first amplifier and second amplifier are coupled to a reference voltage terminal through a common node. The first amplifier includes a switch coupled between the common node and a stage of the first amplifier, and the switch can be controlled for reducing the loading effect caused by the first amplifier on the second amplifier.

Abstract: A power detector has a signal input terminal, N limiting amplifiers, N rectifiers and a signal output terminal. N is an integer greater than 1. The signal input terminal receives an input signal, and the signal output terminal outputs a detection signal. The N limiting amplifiers generate N amplified signals according to N attenuated signals having different attenuation. Each limiting amplifier receives one of the N attenuated signals and outputs one of the N amplified signals. Each rectifier receives a corresponding amplified signal and outputs a rectified signal. The detection signal is associated with the sum of N rectified signals outputted from the N rectifiers, and all transistors of the power detector are bipolar junction transistors.

Abstract: A radio frequency device and a voltage generating device thereof are provided. A first connection terminal and a second connection terminal of the voltage dividing circuit are respectively coupled to second terminals of the first transistor and the second transistor. The voltage dividing circuit generates a first divided voltage and a second divided voltage. The first divided voltage is used as an output voltage of the voltage generating device. The second divided voltage is output as a control voltage to a control terminal of the first transistor and a control terminal of the second transistor.

Abstract: An impedance circuit includes a first impedance terminal, a second impedance terminal, a first transistor, a second transistor, a low frequency signal blocking element, and a current-voltage transform circuit. The first transistor is coupled to the first impedance terminal, and controlled by a first voltage. The second transistor is coupled to the first impedance terminal, and controlled by a second voltage. The low frequency signal blocking element is coupled to the first transistor and the second impedance terminal. The current-voltage transform circuit is coupled to the first impedance terminal. The current-voltage transform circuit adjusts a terminal voltage at the first terminal of the current-voltage transform circuit according to a current flowing through the current-voltage transform circuit. The impedance circuit provides impedance between the first and the second impedance terminals according to the terminal voltage and the first voltage.
