    摘要: A flameproof thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a rubber modified styrene-containing base resin composed of 20˜100% by weight of a styrene-containing graft copolymer resin and 0˜80% by weight of a styrene-containing copolymer resin; (B) 5˜40 parts by weight of a phenolic resin; (C) 3˜40 parts by weight of a PPE resin having a hindered phenolic structure; and (D) 5˜30 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphoric acid ester having a hindered phenolic structure. Said flameproof thermoplastic resin composition may further comprise 0.01˜2.0 parts by weight of a fluorine resin to 100 parts by weight of said rubber modified styrene-containing base resin.

    摘要: The flameproof thermoplastic resin compositions of this invention comprise from 2 to 20 parts by weight of aromatic diphosphates, from 2 to 7 parts by weight of phosphorous compounds and from 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of polyfluoroalkyl resins per 100 parts by weight of the resin mixture consisting of from 60 to 98% by weight of polycarbonate resins, from 2 to 40% by weight of styrene-containing graft copolymer resins, and from 0 to 20% by weight of styrene-containing copolymer resins. The structural formula of said aromatic diphosphates is as follows (I): ##STR1## in which, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are same or different lower alkyls, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are same or different hydrogen atom or alkyl groups, Y is a single bond or --CH.sub.2 --, --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --, --S--, --SO.sub.2 --, --O--, --CO--, or --N.dbd.N--, k is 0 or 1, and m is an integer of 0 to 4.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition that has superior scratch resistance and mechanical properties, satisfying requirements for the appearance of housing materials resulting from a recent increase in volume of electrical and electronic products, and that contains a phosphorus-based flame-retarding agent, satisfying requirements for fire safety and prevention of environmental problems. The resin composition with scratch resistance comprises a base resin comprising (A) about 30 to about 90 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, (B) about 15 to about 50 parts by weight of a polymethylmethacrylate resin and (C) about 5 to about 50 parts by weight of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin, and (D) about 5 to about 30 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based flame-retarding agent based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin. The composition may further comprise about 1 to about 30 parts by weight of an impact modifier based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

    摘要: A flameproof thermoplastic resin composition substantially free of phenolic resin, red phosphorous and silicone resin comprises (A) about 40-95 parts by weight of a rubber modified styrene-containing graft copolymer resin, (B) about 5-60 parts by weight of polyphenylene ether resin; (C) about 5-30 parts by weight of aromatic phosphoric acid ester per 100 part by weight of (A) and (B) wherein the styrene-containing copolymer chains in rubber modified styrene-containing resin (A) comprise (i) about 5-20% by weight having an acrylonitrile fractionation content of 0-9% by weight (ii) about 10-40% by weight having an acrylonitrile fractionation content of 9-20% by weight and (iii) about 40-80% by weight having an acrylonitrile fractionation content of not less than 20% by weight acrylonitrile and the sum of (i), (ii), and (iii) is 100% by weight of the total weight of styrene-containing copolymer chains in rubber modified styrene-containing resin (A). The use of a rubber modified styrene-containing copolymer resin having a particular nitrile content distribution with polyphenylene ether resin to form a base resin and an aromatic phosphoric acid ester flame retardant produces resin compositions with high impact strength and flame retardancy. The compositions according to the present invention are substantially free of phenolic resin, red phosphorous, silicone resin and other components that are required by the prior art compositions containing polyphenylene ether resins and ABS type graft copolymers.
