Abstract: Provided is a magnetic clamp device having a disassembly structure that is easy to maintain. In the magnetic clamp device 1, a magnetic pole 21 and an alnico magnet 23 each have fastening holes 21a, 23a that communicate with each other. The cavity portion 31 of the plate body 3 has an opening 33 that penetrates from the bottom surface 32b thereof to the back side of the plate body 3. A cap 7 having a base portion 71 having a bolt hole 74 communicating with the fastening holes 21a, 23a and a flange portion 72 abutting the surface 3b of the back side of the plate body 3 is inserted into the opening 33. A bolt 8 inserted into the fastening hole 23a of the magnetic pole 21 and the alnico magnet 23 from the front side of a magnetic pad 2 is screwed into a female screw thread 74a provided in the bolt hole 74 of the cap 7.

Abstract: The present invention makes a rotary movement smooth, the rotary movement allowing direct detection of the movement of an output member of a rotary clamp. In a clamp, an output member is accommodated in a cylinder hole. A first valve chamber, to which compressed air is supplied, is provided between a lower wall of a housing and the output member. A second valve chamber is a hollowed out portion of the output member so as to be provided open toward the first valve chamber. A valve rod is inserted into the second valve chamber from the lower wall. A valve rod passage that allows the second valve chamber to communicate with outside air is provided in the valve rod, and a seal section is provided in a peripheral gap where the valve rod and the second valve chamber move relatively to one another. The gap is formed so that, as the valve rod and the second valve chamber are in relative movement, there is a region which is sealed by the seal section against movement of the compressed air through the gap between the valve rod and the second seal chamber and the there is a region which is open from the seal.

Abstract: An actuation chamber (2) provided in a housing (1) is communicatively connected to a supply and discharge port (6) via a pressurized oil supply and discharge passage (7). A valve case (11) of a sequence valve (10) is attached to an attachment hole (8) provided at an intermediate portion of the supply and discharge passage (7). A valve seat (25) is provided in a cylindrical hole (20) provided in the valve case (11). A valve member (26) is biased leftward toward the valve seat (25) by a pressure-setting spring (31). When pressure of pressurized oil supplied to a first portion of the supply and discharge passage (7) which is close to the supply and discharge port (6) exceeds a set pressure, the pressurized oil moves the valve member (26) rightward for valve opening, against the pressure-setting spring (31).

Abstract: A piston (6) is hermetically inserted via a sealing member (7) in a cylinder hole (2) provided in a housing (1) so that the piston (6) is movable in an up-down direction. A communication passage (21) provided in an inner peripheral wall of the cylinder hole (2) is communicatively connected to a lock-side supply and discharge passage (13) through which pressurized oil is supplied to and discharged from a lock chamber (11) of the housing (1). An opening area (S1) of the communication passage (21) is designed to be smaller than an opening area (S2) of the lock-side supply and discharge passage (13). When the piston (6) is caused to move for releasing from a raised position to a lower limit position, the sealing member (7) is lowered from the raised position beyond the communication passage (21), to open communication between a release chamber (12) in the housing (1) and the lock-side supply and discharge passage (13) via the communication passage (21).
