Abstract:
A workflow management system is disclosed that is suitable to manage a workflow including plural hierarchically-classified tasks and especially for cooperative work spread over different organizations. The workflow management system includes a task receiving unit to receive designation of a task to be delegated, a delegatee receiving unit to receive designation of a delegatee, an acceptance receiving unit to receive acceptance of a delegation from the delegatee, a first processor that allows a delegator to hide a delegated task and a subordinate task, and allows the delegator to confirm status of the designated task, and a second processor that allows the delegator and the delegatee to refer to other tasks relevant to the delegated task.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine of an automatic core change type includes a mold clamping section including stationary and movable platens fitted with first and second matrixes of a mold, respectively, a mold changing robot and a mold stocker severally attached to the mold clamping section and separately controlled by way of a control section, and a temperature controller for controlling the respective temperatures of the first and second matrixes and the mold stocker. As an arm and a chuck move and rotate, respectively, a first cavity unit, attached to the first matrix, is taken out from the first matrix, transported toward the mold stocker, and stored in its corresponding storage hole of the mold stocker. Then, another first cavity unit is taken out from the mold stocker, transported toward the mold clamping section, and attached to the first matrix, whereupon the replacement of the first cavity unit is completed. A second cavity unit is replaced in like manner, whereupon the mold replacement is completed.
Abstract:
A transmission management system includes a destination name data managing unit which manages a plurality of destination name data items which indicate a plurality of names of a destination in communications between transmission terminals, a destination name data reading unit which reads a destination name data item from the plurality of destination name data items managed by the destination name data managing unit, and a destination name data transmitting unit which transmits the destination name data item read by the destination name data reading unit to a transmission terminal capable of communicating with the destination.
Abstract:
An access control device for controlling an access by a communication terminal to an application includes an authentication method management means configured to manage each of the application in association with authentication information, which indicates an effective authentication method effective for authenticating an access request source of an access request to access the application, an authenticating means configured to authenticate the access request source using a usable authentication method, which can be used in the communication terminal, based on the access request, an access request receiving means configured to receive the access request to access an intended application from the communication terminal, and an access control means configured to control the communication terminal so that the communication terminal does not access the intended application in a case where the authentication method management means does not manage the authentication information, which indicates the authentication method used for the authentication.
Abstract:
A transmission management system stores association information that associates, for each one of a plurality of starting terminals, starting terminal identification information for identifying the starting terminal capable of requesting to start communication with one or more candidate counterpart terminals, and candidate counterpart terminal identification information for identifying each one of the one or more candidate counterpart terminals. In response to receiving a request for deleting at least one candidate counterpart terminal selected from the one or more candidate counterpart terminals, for at least one starting terminal selected from the plurality of starting terminals, the management system specifies candidate counterpart terminal identification information of the selected candidate counterpart terminal using the association information, and deletes the candidate counterpart terminal identification information of the selected candidate counterpart terminal from one or more candidate counterpart terminals being associated with the selected starting terminal.
Abstract:
When terminals perform communication through a reservation, a management unit manages terminal identification information identifying each terminal and reservation identification information identifying the reservation. When a first terminal performs communication through a predetermined reservation, a receiving unit receives, from the first terminal, a request to acquire state of a second transmission terminal. A reservation extracting unit extracts the reservation identification information associated with terminal identification information identifying the second terminal from the management unit. A determining unit determines whether the reservation identified by the extracted reservation identification information matches the predetermined reservation. A transmitting unit transmits first state information indicating first state of the second terminal to the first terminal when the determining unit determines that the reservation matches the predetermined reservation, but transmits second state information indicating second state of the second terminal when the determining unit determines that the reservation does not match the predetermined reservation.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system, and method of managing data transmission are provided, each of which is capable of generating reservation information regarding communication reserved for at least one of a first transmission terminal and a second transmission terminal, in response to a communication start request that requests to start communication between the first transmission terminal and the second transmission terminal. The reservation information is generated, for example, based on first time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the first transmission terminal is scheduled to start, and second time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the second transmission terminal is scheduled to start. The reservation information is transmitted to the first transmission terminal. The data transmission management method may be implemented in the form of a program stored in a non-transitory recording medium.
Abstract:
A disclosed conference progress supporting apparatus includes a unit to store information indicating each agenda of the conference and information indicating each participant of the conference, a unit to acquire information via an input device, the information indicating a start and an end of a speech of the participant of the agenda, a unit to store progress information in the conference information storage unit, the progress information associating the agenda, the participants, a start time when the information indicating the start is acquired, and an elapsed time since the start time with each other in response to the acquisition of the information indicating the start, and update the progress information by measuring the elapsed time until the information indicating the end is acquired, and a unit to present information indicating a speech status of each of the participants of each of the agendas based on the progress information.
Abstract:
The reservation communication information is generated based on terminal identification information for identifying a transmission terminal that is currently participating in a session based on reservation of communication, which at least indicates whether a counterpart transmission terminal that is scheduled to participate in the session based on the reservation of communication is currently participating in the session based on the reservation of communication. The reservation communication information may be output for display at a request transmission terminal that may request to start communication with the counterpart transmission terminal based on the reservation of communication.
Abstract:
A workflow management system for managing a constructive workflow includes a storing unit, to which a user inputs a search condition to search for documents relevant to a target task and tasks neighboring to the target task, and which stores the input search condition in a query database by causing the condition to relate to the target task, a search condition obtaining unit which obtains a search condition to search for the documents relevant to the target task from the query database when the documents relevant to the target task are requested to be searched for, a restructuring unit which restructures the obtained search condition to a search condition having a predetermined format by considering a type and a weighting factor of the type included in the obtained search condition, and a searching unit which obtains a list of documents from a document database based on the restructured search condition.
