摘要: The present disclosure relates to a memory device having a hybrid insulating layer and a method for preparing the same. In detail, a memory device including a gate electrode on a substrate, a source electrode, and a drain electrode has a hybrid memory insulating layer between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes that is polarizable and includes a mixed material of vinyltriethoxysilane and organic matter to lead to hysteresis. According to the present disclosure, a memory insulating layer is formed as a hybrid insulating layer including a mixture of polyvinylphenol as the organic matter and vinyltriethoxysilane to complement the properties of an organic memory whereby increasing memory performance, and it stably operates at both low and high temperatures whereby having a wide usage range.

摘要: An optical tracking system comprises a marker part, an image forming part, and a processing part. The marker part includes a pattern having particular information and a first lens which is spaced apart from the pattern and has a first focal length. The image forming part includes a second lens having a second focal length and an image forming unit which is spaced apart from the second lens and forms an image of the pattern by the first lens and the second lens. The processing part determines the posture of the marker part from a coordinate conversion formula between a coordinate on the pattern surface of the pattern and a pixel coordinate on the image of the pattern, and tracks the marker part by using the determined posture of the marker part. Therefore, the present invention can accurately track a marker part by a simpler and easier method.

摘要: A holographic display apparatus capable of steering a location of a viewing window according to a location of an observer is disclosed. The holographic display apparatus includes a light source; a spatial light modulator configured to modulate incident light and thereby reproduce the holographic image; a spatial filter configured to transmit only the holographic image; an eye tracker configured to track a pupil location of an observer; and a controller configured to adjust locations of the light source and the spatial filter in response to a change in the pupil location of the observer received from the eye tracker. The controller is configured to move the light source and the spatial filter simultaneously in the same direction by the same distance.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent containing a gadolinium complex, and more specically, to a DO3A-tranexamic acid compound having a structure of a chemical formula 1, or an ester compound thereof, and gadolinium complexes thereof. The DO3A-tranexamic acid compound or the ester compound thereof may be used to prepare gadolinium complexes. The gadolinium complexes exhibit thermodynamic and kinetic stabilities, and show the relaxation rate equal to that of the clinical contrast agent which is currently commercially available. Therefore, the gadolinium complexes can be widely used as an MRI contrast agent.

摘要: Provided is a composition for preventing, improving or treating obesity, which includes a Platycodon grandiflorum extract as an active ingredient and a method for preparing the extract with an improved anti-obesity effect. The extract shows an effect of inhibiting increases in body weight and fat mass caused by a high-fat diet for normalization, an increase in fasting blood glucose and a decrease in energy expenditure in a diet-induced obesity mouse model. Further, compared to an extract prepared by a conventional extraction method, the Platycodon grandiflorum extract shows a more excellent effect of inhibiting increases in body weight and fat mass, fasting blood glucose, and blood lipid and adipokine contents in experiments, resulting in an excellent anti-obesity effect. Therefore, the Platycodon grandiflorum extract prepared is expected to be useful for preventing obesity and treating obesity-related complications that can be caused by an increase in fat mass as well as obesity.
