Abstract:
A rapid fermented type salt-free Miso-like food material which is favorable in taste and flavor, which has a strong umami, rich taste, thickness, and mouthfullness, and a reduced stuffy smell or astringent taste may be prepared in a method including: adding a Koji mold and a bacteriocin-producing lactic acid bacterium culture fluid or a supernatant thereof to a food material; making Koji in a hermetically sealed Koji-making equipment while continuously or intermittently supplying clean air; mixing the bacteriocin-producing lactic acid bacterium culture fluid or the supernatant thereof with the thus-resulting Koji, and further mixing one or more food materials as needed in an amount of 0.01 to 50 times weight of the Koji; forming a moromi-mash by making a paste from the mixture; and then hydrolyzing the moromi-mash in the absence of common salt, by adding any one of an alcoholic liquor, yeast, and dextrin to the Koji.
Abstract:
A calendar timepiece has a main plate, a time indicator mounted on the main plate for undergoing rotational movement to indicate time information, a date indicator mounted for undergoing rotation to indicate date information, and a date indicator driving wheel mounted on the main plate for undergoing rotation. A date jumper is disposed on the main plate and has a train wheel comprised of a date indicator setting portion for controlling rotation of the date indicator by engagement with the inner teeth portion of the date indicator. The date indicator setting portion has a first setting portion for contacting a tip of a first tooth of the date indicator, a second setting portion, and a third setting portion for contacting a tip of a second tooth of the date indicator. Each of the first, second, and third setting portions has a generally linear surface portion disposed at an angle relative to one another.
Abstract:
A method of quickly decomposing and removing an organic chlorine compound, which comprises coating a liquid containing an organic chlorine compound on the surface of a photocatalyst so that the liquid does not flow, said photocatalyst comprising a hollandite-type crystal phase represented by the formula: AxMyN8-yO16 (wherein A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of K, Rb, Cs, Ca, Ba and Na, M is a bivalent or trivalent metal element, N is an element which forms a rutile-type oxide, such as Ti, Sn or Mn, provided that A may be a Na element, only when M is Cr, and x and y satisfy 0.7
Abstract:
A developing device using a two-component developer including a vessel for holding the two-component developer, a magnetic roller provided within the vessel and rotatably supported by side walls of the vessel to entrain and bring the developer to a developing zone for a development of an electrostatic latent image, and a doctor blade provided within the vessel to uniformly regulate an amount of the developer entrained by the roller. The ends of the doctor blade are movably inserted into openings formed in the side walls of the vessel, respectively, and the blade is provided with a spring associated therewith such that each of the ends of the blade is resiliently abutted against an end edge which partially defines the opening formed in the corresponding side wall of the vessel, whereby the blade is positioned with respect to the roller to a given clearance therebetween for a uniform regulation of the amount of the developer entrained by the roller. The developing device also includes at least two screw members arranged parallel with each other to define passages for circulating the two-component developer and a partition member, having two end portions, provided between the two screw members, the partition member having a length shorter than that of the screw members, so that developer circulating passages are in communication with each other at the two end portions of the partition member. The developing device have an outlet port formed in the bottom of the device.
Abstract:
An elastic body apparatus includes a pneumatic pressure sealing member formed of a hollow flexible material and sealing therein a high pressure pneumatic gas, a movable member driven by an external force against the pressure of the pneumatic pressure sealing member, a fixed shell enveloping a fixed portion of the pneumatic pressure sealing member, and an elastic shell having plate spring portions for applying a spring force in the same direction as the pressing direction of the pneumatic pressure sealing member to the movable member, and disposed at a position enveloping a displacing portion of the pneumatic pressure sealing member. The elastic shell serves as a shell and a spring body, and even if the pressure of the pneumatic pressure sealing member is increased, the pneumatic pressure sealing member is prevented from being deformed in excess of a normal level, and the pressure is transmitted to the movable member through the pneumatic pressure sealing member.
Abstract:
A device for controlling the temperature of the fixing means of direct-heating type in the electronic photographic copying machine wherein a desired temperature of a temperature detecting element in the fixing means is set to a value, at which a few sheets of copying papers can be fixed, and then changed to another value lower than the first one to copy more sheets of copying papers after the copying operation of a few sheets of copying papers is finished.
Abstract:
To obtain a drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine that makes it easier to connect power circuits and achieves not only excellent vibration resistance but also excellent heat releasing properties.Means for SolutionA drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine has a motor, a drive unit driving the motor under control and provided with power switching elements and conductors passing a current to the power switching elements, and a heat sink cooling the drive unit, which are combined into one unit. The drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine is characterized in that: the power switching elements are molded and formed into mold modules in a state in which terminals thereof are exposed; the conductors are insert-molded in a frame in a state in which terminals thereof are exposed; and the exposed terminals of the mold modules are connected to the exposed terminals of the insert-molded conductors and the mold modules are firmly fixed to the heat sink.
Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a watch with a calendar mechanism which allows a reduction in the thickness of a date feeding mechanism and a month feeding mechanism. In a watch with a calendar mechanism according to the present invention, a date indicator includes a month end tooth for driving a month feeding lever at the end of a month and feeding the date indicator at the end of a shorter month. A month indicator includes a month cam for operating a shorter month end feeding lever at the end of a shorter month. The shorter month end feeding lever can feed the date indicator by one day based on the rotation of a date indicator driving wheel and the rotation of the month cam. The month feeding lever moves toward the month indicator at the end of a month based on the rotation of the date indicator, and can feed the month indicator by one month.
Abstract:
To provide a calendar mechanism-attached timepiece having a thin date feeding mechanism and month feeding mechanism. A calendar mechanism-attached timepiece of the invention includes a date indicator, a month indicator, a date indicator driving wheel, a date feed finger, and a small month end feed lever. The date indicator includes a month feed tooth for rotating an intermediate month wheel and a small month end feed tooth for feeding the date indicator at a month end of a small month. The month indicator includes a month cam for operating a small month end feed lever at a month end of a small month. The small month end feed lever is constituted to be able to feed the date indicator by an amount of 1 day based on rotation of the date indicator driving wheel and rotation of the month cam.
