Abstract: This dialysis device is configured so that residual liquid in a powder container 42 and a bypass path 51 can be drained. Accordingly, the dialysis device is provided with: a first liquid draining path 71 connecting a clean water supply path 31 to a stock solution supply path 44 on the upstream side of a liquid feed pump 33; a second liquid draining path 72 connecting the clean water supply path to a dialysate discharge path 32 on the downstream side of the liquid feed pump; and an opening path 77 allowing a branch path 43 to communicate with the outer space by opening an on-off valve 78. By opening the on-off valve of the opening path and actuating the liquid feed pump, a liquid in the powder container 42 and a liquid in the bypass path 51 can be discharged through the first liquid draining path and the second liquid draining path.

Abstract: A bone marrow fluid of a patient is sampled, housed in a collection tube 11 and conveyed into an isolator in a sterile state. In the isolator, the bone marrow fluid in the collection tube is pipetted into test tubes and culture tube, etc. To the bone marrow fluid in the tubes, an erythrocyte sedimentation agent is added. After precipitating erythrocytes, the supernatant is collected. From the collected supernatant, a bone marrow cell-containing fraction for liver regeneration is concentrated and pipetted into flasks which are conveyed into an incubator to start the cell-culture. From the isolator system, test tubes are taken out. The bone marrow fluid in the test tubes and the concentrate are subjected to a safety test, etc.

Abstract: In a state where an incubator 3 is connected to an isolator 2 through a chamber 4 and opening/closing doors 11B and 12 are closed, a decontaminating gas G is supplied to the chamber 4 through gas supply passages 16 and 26, and an inside thereof is decontaminated (FIGS. 2(a), (b)).Subsequently, an air is supplied into the chamber 4 through the gas supply passages 16 and 26 and initial aeration is carried out by discharging a gas in the chamber 4 through a gas discharge passage 27 (FIG. 2(b)).Subsequently, after the opening/closing door 11B is opened, when both blowers B1 and B4 are stopped, the gas at a positive pressure in the isolator 2 is introduced into the chamber 4 (FIG. 2(c)). Thus, the gas containing the decontaminating gas G in the chamber 4 is rapidly discharged to an outside through the gas supply passages 26 and 16 and the gas discharge passage 27, and aeration in the chamber 4 is completed.Time required for the aeration of the chamber 4 can be drastically reduced as compared with before.

The isolator system that can efficiently decontaminate the main isolator and the subisolator connected to this main isolator can be provided.

Abstract: An article conveyance apparatus conveys containers with carriers moved by a linear driving apparatus. Abstract: A container supplying apparatus includes a supply conveyer conveying containers and a screw engaging with the containers on the supply conveyer and conveying the containers to a downstream side. The screw is divided into an upstream screw and a downstream screw rotationally driven by different servomotors. In a case where no container is supplied to a specific bottle table of a weighing and filling apparatus, the upstream screw is decelerated and is then accelerated relative to the downstream screw. As a result, an interval of the successive containers is expanded, and a large interval is maintained therebetween. This supplies no container to the specific bottle table of the weighing and filling apparatus.
