    摘要: A method of obtaining copper from sulfide ore including copper (hereinafter referred to as feedstock) includes: providing feedstock into acid solution, the acid solution including chloride and bromide of one of alkali metal and alkali earth metal, and one of chloride of copper and iron and bromide of copper and iron; leaching monovalent copper and divalent copper from the feedstock with use of oxidizing power of at least one of iron ion and copper ion in the acid solution, with air being blown into the acid solution under an atmospheric pressure at a temperature less than a boiling point of the acid solution; solid-liquid separating the acid solution after the leaching; blowing air into the solution after the solid-liquid separation; oxidizing copper in the solution; coprecipitating iron and impurity that are leached into the acid solution from the feedstock; extracting copper from the solution after the oxidizing from which deposition including the coprecipitate is separated; obtaining the extracted copper into sulfuric acid solution as copper sulfate; obtaining copper from the copper sulfate; and recycling hydrochloric acid generated in the extracting in another copper leaching.

    摘要: Lubricating liquid fed from a reservoir to a compression mechanism is collected by a circumferential wall that surrounds the drive shaft of the compression mechanism and rotates synchronously with it immediately after liquid is discharged into the space inside the housing with or without compressed fluid. Liquid is then urged outward under centrifugal force from an outlet formed at a preset axial location of the circumferential wall. Exiting liquid is received by a fixed liquid return cover that surrounds the circumferential wall near its outlet and led back to the reservoir.

    摘要: A small-size scroll compressor is provided wherein strength of key portions has been enhanced without increasing ring width, ring diameter or key widths of an Oldham's ring. In the Oldham's ring 31, a rotated elliptical ring 31b is formed on x- and y-axes of coordinates by rotating an elliptical ring 31a having axes of coordinates of the major axis and the minor axis respectively in a first radial direction (X-axis) and in a second radial direction (Y-axis) by a predetermined angle in a direction reverse to the direction of revolution of the shaft, and first keys 34, 35 and second keys 37, 38 are respectively opposingly disposed in the first radial direction and in the second radial direction on the rotated elliptical ring 31b. By employing this configuration, the ring width, ring diameter or key widths of the Oldham's ring 31 do not need to be increased, and the length of arm from the point of stress concentration on the bases of the key portions can be shortened, thus relieving the bending moments of the keys and resulting in the control of vibration during high-speed, high-pressure operation and in the improvement of the durability of the key portions.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes stationary and orbiting scroll members in engagement with each other. The stationary scroll member includes a stationary end plate having first and second end surfaces opposite to each other, a stationary scroll wrap protruding axially from the first end surface of the stationary end plate, a discharge port defined in the stationary end plate in the proximity of a center thereof, and a recess defined in the stationary end plate on the second surface thereof. A check valve is received in the recess so as to open or close the discharge port. The recess has a shape substantially identical to the shape of the check valve and also has a depth greater than a maximum lift of the check valve.
