The stationary scroll member includes a stationary end plate having first and second end surfaces opposite to each other, a stationary scroll wrap protruding axially from the first end surface of the stationary end plate, a discharge port defined in the stationary end plate in the proximity of a center thereof, a generally horseshoe-shaped partition wall protruding axially from the second end surface of the stationary end plate, and spaced apart mounting legs protruding axially from the second end surface of the stationary end plate and continuous with the partition wall in such a manner that the partition wall extends between the mounting legs. Each of the mounting legs has a thickness greater than that of the partition wall and also has a height slightly greater than that of the partition wall.

    摘要: A back pressure chamber (12) provided on a back surface of an orbiting scroll (5) is divided into an inner region (12a) and an outer region (12b) by an annular seal (11). A diameter d of the annular seal (11) is set 0.5 times or more of a diameter D of an orbiting mirror plate (5a). With this, plus thrust force can be applied to the orbiting scroll (5) irrespective of magnitude of a discharge pressure Pd applied to the inner region (12a). Therefore, it is possible to push the orbiting scroll (5) against the fixed scroll (4) only by back pressure of discharge pressure. A set pressure Pm of the outer region (12b) is reduced to a value close to a suction pressure Ps, a pressure adjusting mechanism (20) is swiftly opened after a scroll compressor is started. With this, lubricant oil is supplied from the outer region (12b) to the suction space (9) without a time lag.

    摘要: A linear compressor is provided in which a driving spring and an elastic supporting member for supporting a compressing mechanism portion are disposed such that a piston and the compressing mechanism portion move in opposite phases such that vibration of a hermetic vessel is canceled out. The linear compressor comprises a hermetic vessel having a compressing mechanism portion and a linear motor therein. The compressing mechanism portion includes a piston-side mechanism and a cylinder-side mechanism, the former includes the piston and the mechanism member which is movable together with the piston, the latter includes the cylinder and the stator which connects with the cylinder. The cylinder-side mechanism member is elastically supported at opposite ends in the hermetic vessel by a first elastic member, and a reciprocating force in the axial direction is given the piston-side mechanism by a second elastic member whose one end is supported by the hermetic vessel.
