    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount wherein an elastic body elastically connecting a first and a second support partially defines a fluid chamber filled with a non-compressible fluid. The elastic mount includes an oscillating plate which partially defines the fluid chamber and which is supported by the second support such that the oscillating plate is displaceable relative to the second support, and an actuator for oscillating the oscillating plate to thereby change a pressure of the fluid in the fluid chamber. The elastic mount further includes an elastic support member for flexibly connecting the oscillating plate to the second support such that the oscillating plate is movable toward and away from the fluid chamber. This elastic support member is formed of an elastic material which substantially permits shearing deformation of the elastic support member and inhibits its compressive and tensile deformation.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including first and second support members and an elastic body interposed between these members for elastic connection thereof. The elastic mount has a pressure-receiving chamber partially defined by the elastic body, first and second equilibrium chambers defined by first and second flexible diaphragms and communicating with the pressure-receiving chamber through first and second orifice passages, respectively. The second orifice passage has a higher ratio of the cross sectional area to the length than the first orifice passage. The present elastic mount further includes a pressure control device for selectively applying a vacuum pressure to a vacuum-receiving chamber which lies behind the second equilibrium chamber via the second diaphragm, to thereby restrict elastic deformation of the second diaphragm. A rigid restriction member is secured to a part of the second diaphragm which is opposed to an opening of an air passage through which the vacuum pressure is applied to the vacuum-receiving chamber.

    摘要: A shock absorber including a main housing body having a cylindrical portion and closure portions closing the open ends of the cylindrical portion, an inner cylindrical member disposed within the main body and cooperating therewith to define an inner cylinder chamber and an outer annular space, and a piston slidably received within the cylinder chamber, so as to divide the cylinder chamber into two fluid chambers filled with an electro-viscous fluid. The fluid chambers communicate with each other through communication passage which includes a portion formed within the annular space. An operating and a balancing rod are secured to the piston and extend slidably through the respective two closure portions of the main body. The shock absorber includes at least one pair of electrodes one of which consists of a portion of the cylindrical portion of the main body and the other of which consists of a portion of the inner cylindrical portion. The electrodes are disposed so as to define at least a portion of the communication passage, for applying a voltage to the fluid in that portion of the passage.

The positions of the guide pins are determined by at least five pieces of beams. There is also provided a guide pin jig usable for the above-mentioned manufacturing method.     摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount wherein an elastic body elastically connecting a first and a second support partially defines a fluid chamber filled with a non-compressible fluid. The elastic mount includes an oscillating plate which partially defines the fluid chamber and which is displaceable to change a pressure of the fluid in the fluid chamber, and a permanent magnet disposed on one of opposite sides of the oscillating plate remote from the fluid chamber. A first and a second yoke member are connected to opposite magnetic pole faces of the magnet and cooperate with the magnet to define a closed magnetic circuit. The yoke members define therebetween an annular gap in the magnetic circuit, in which an annular moving coil is received. The coil is fixed to the oscillating plate, to oscillate the oscillating plate upon energization of the coil. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the elastic mount, in which a blank for the magnet is magnetized together with the yoke members after the blank and yoke members are assembled into a unit.
