摘要: There is provided an insect model for determining the penetration of nanoparticles through the BBB. The model is also directed to the use of insects for studying the environmental safety of nanoparticles. The particles are administered into the hemolymf of an insect having a BBB, such as the locust, and the uptake into the brain is analysed. Thus, in this model it is possible to investigate the potential up-take into the brain of nanoparticles circulating in the blood.

摘要: A method and means for diagnosing transformer tap changers is provided. Pressure is monitored in an insulating liquid of a tap changer for a period of time in which switching of the tap changer is carried through. Switching-related information is extracted from the pressure diagram. Quantities from pressure peaks are related to specific arcings of the switching sequence. Early error detection is achieved, whereby transformed failures may be avoided. Repeated measurements may be followed by trend evaluation. If a trend indicating tap changer problems is detected, an alarm signal is triggered. The transformer may be switched off if the pressure exceeds a predetermined emergency value. Information of the base pressure in the tap changer may be extracted and converting it to level of insulating liquid.

摘要: A device for storing and administering a medical fluid comprising a sealed flexible formed container with an opening part in its front end in which an insert is positioned. Over the insert, the container extends into a removable sealing cap. After removal of the sealing cap an injection means is attached to the insert and fluid administration through the insert is admitted in one direction by squeezing the container.

摘要: The present invention relates to a flexible polyolefin multilayered film for preparation of medical containers by self sealing, comprising at least a first outer layer and a second layer, each of the layers consisting essentially only of one or more polypropylene based polymers selected from the group consisting of polypropylene homopolymers, polypropylene copolymers having randomly distribute ethylene units and mixtures of said homopolymers and said copolymers, wherein said second layer has a melting point in the range between 120° C. and 150°, said first outer layer has a lower flexibility and a higher melting point than said second layer, and said second comprises a polypropylene polyethylene copolymer with a higher amount of ethylene units than said outer layer. The present invention also relates to medical containers made of or comprising the above film.
