摘要: A closure system for a medicament container designed in the manner of a bottle mouth is intended to seal against unwanted and undesired material loss. The closure system comprises: a press-fit cap with an annular cover which has a central opening and at whose outer circumference latch elements are arranged which can be brought into engagement with an outer bead fitted peripherally on the container opening, and a closure stopper with a closure plate, on the first plate side of which there is integrally formed a thickened portion which completely fills the central opening of the annular cover and can be brought into latching engagement therewith, and on the second plate side of which there is integrally formed a radial sealing element having a cross section which is adapted to the clear width of the container opening and is slightly larger than the clear width of the container opening.

摘要: A closure system (3) for closing an opening (25) of a container (2) comprises a stopper member (31), a cage member (32) and a lock activation formation (34). The stopper member (31) is made of an elastic material and has a plug portion (311) configured to fit into the opening (25) of the container (2) and a cover portion (312) configured to abut a boundary surface (24) adjacent to the opening (25) of the container (2). The cage member (32) is made of a shape-retentive material. The closure system (3) is configured to be in an assembled state in which the plug portion (311) of the stopper member (31) is fitted into the opening (25) of the container (2), the cover portion (312) of the stopper member (31) abuts the boundary surface (24) of the container (2) and the cage member (32) is mounted to the container (2). The cage member (32) has a locking structure (322), wherein the locking structure (322) of the cage member (32) is configured, in the assembled state of the closure system (3), to be in a detached position in which the locking structure (322) of the cage member (32) is disengaged from the container (2), and in a fixed position in which the locking structure (322) engages a corresponding structure of the container (2). The lock activation formation (341, 342) is configured to interact with the cage member (32) such that the cage member (32) changes from the detached position to the fixed position.

摘要: This invention relates to a dosage management system that comprises a container including a box with an opening towards the top. The box has a first side with an opposing second side and a third side. The box has a pair of parallel grooves in the first side and second side and a tray inside the box. There is also provided a resilient sliding lid. The lid has two parallel opposing edges that slidingly engage the grooves. At least one of the edges and grooves has a catch and notch combination that engage when the lid is in a closed position. The grooves have a first incline or decline part connected to a substantially horizontal part which is again connected to a second incline or decline part. When opening the box, the lid is pushed down the lid then bending into the horizontal part, the notch and catch disengaging and the lid is moved to the third side to open the box. Closing the box is accomplished by pushing the lid back towards the closing position and the catch is urged into the notch due to the lid regaining its shape.

The security projections are arranged on an internal surface of the security ring and the radial position of each axial locking abutment changes, by ovalization, from its cooperation position to its separation position.

摘要: A portable medicine feeder includes at least two medicine boxes placed in juxtaposition to be integrally arranged. Each medicine box has an accommodation portion and block walls perpendicularly extending upwards from a bottom of the accommodation portion wherein at least one block wall is shared. A gradually-reduced guide channel extends forwards and upwards from the bottom of the accommodation portion. An included angle of at least 120 degrees is defined between the slope of the gradually-reduced guide channel and the bottom of the accommodation portion so that an outlet formed at a front end of the gradually-reduced guide channel has a width much smaller than that of the accommodation portion. A gap is formed between the adjacent outlets of the adjacent medicine boxes. The gap and the gradually-reduced guide channel can go into the corner of the mouth and the lower lip of the taker.

摘要: A cap and container assembly includes a container having a base and a side wall extending upward from the base. The base and the side wall define an interior, and the side wall defines an opening leading to the interior. A cap moves with respect to the container between an opened position in which the opening is exposed, and a closed position in which the cap covers the opening. A tab projects outward from the cap and has a bottom surface. A spacer projects from the container side wall at a location beneath the tab when the assembly is in the closed position. The spacer bends inward towards the container in response to application of a sufficient force, to move from a locked position that blocks the bottom surface of the tab, to an unlocked position to expose at least a portion of the bottom surface of the tab.

The vial cap is a resin vial cap (1) to be attached to a mouth portion (72) of a vial (70) to fix a stopper (74) fitted into the mouth portion (72) so that the stopper may not come off the mouth portion (72). The vial cap (1) is provided with a cap main body (8) that has an upper opening (6) formed therein and a cover (40) that covers the upper opening (6) of the cap main body (8). The cap main body (8) has a plurality of pin-receiving holes (10) formed therein, and the cover (40) has a plurality of fixing pins (46). Each pin-receiving hole (10) and a fixing pin (46) that is paired with the pin-receiving hole (10) are formed in complementary shapes. The plurality of fixing pins (46) of the cover (40) are accommodated in the plurality of pin-receiving holes (10) of the cap main body (8), and the cap main body (8) and the cover (40) are joined with the pin-receiving holes (10) and the fixing pins (46) engaged.

摘要: A device and method for enterally hydrating a patient with cooled fluids. The patient may be a paralyzed or limited upper body mobility patient with a functional gastrointestinal system who is nonetheless incapable or not fully capable of drinking unassisted. Here fluids are provided by a suspended container which also has a pouch to admit cooling material such as ice, but to keep the cooling material separate from the fluid. The container may also have optional graduation markings to allow for convenient estimation of fluid use, and an upper open and closeable cap to allow the container to be refilled. The container has a lower fluid conducting tube that terminates in a mouthpiece. The mouthpiece contains a fluid valve formed from at least one slit in an elastic material. Patient mouth force on the valve causes the slit to enlarge, thus enabling cooled fluid to flow into the patient.

摘要: A closure for dispensing one or more active agents into a container comprises a sealed or sealable chamber having a breakable wall and a hollow piston slidably mounted in a piston guide. Said hollow piston comprises an outer wall having an end in the chamber and at least one ventilation aperture. Said end has a cutting formation. Said hollow piston is slidable in the piston guide between a ventilation position in which the at least one ventilation aperture allows ventilation of the chamber and a sealed position in which the at least one ventilation aperture is sealed to prevent ventilation of the chamber and a deployed position in which the cutting formation has broken through at least a portion of the breakable wall. The outer wall has a retaining formation which engages with the piston guide to releasably resist sliding of the hollow piston between the ventilation position and the sealed position and the deployed position. The hollow piston may have an outer wall, and said outer wall has an end within the chamber, facing the breakable wall, wherein the cutting end has a first edge having a cutting formation and a gap in said cutting formation.
