    摘要: The present invention relates to a composite component comprising i) a support made of a thermoplastic composition comprising A) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of aromatic polycarbonates, aromatic polyester carbonates, aromatic polyesters, and mixtures thereof, in an amount of from 20.0 to 85.0 parts by wt., based on the sum of components A and B; B) at least one rubber-modified vinyl (co)polymer in an amount of from 15.0 to 80.0 parts by wt., based on the sum of components A and B, and with a rubber content [RB] of at least 25.0 parts by wt., based on component B; and C) at least one polymer additive in an amount of from 0 to 30.0 parts by wt., based on the sum of components A to C; and ii) at least one polyurethane layer, wherein the thermoplastic composition comprises a total rubber content [R], of at least 12 parts by wt., based on the sum of components A to C.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to impact-modified polycarbonate compositions and moulding compositions comprising A) aromatic polycarbonate or aromatic polyester carbonate or mixtures of these, B) a mixture containing Ba) at least one graft polymer prepared in emulsion polymerization and Bb) at least one carboxylate salt, wherein this mixture, suspended as a 10 wt. % strength suspension in distilled water, has a pH of >7, C) at least one acidic phosphorus compound with at least one P—OH functionality, which are distinguished compared with the prior art by an improved combination of stability to hydrolysis and heat stability, and which are suitable for production of injection-moulded components which have a good toughness at low temperatures and—even with critical processing conditions (high processing temperatures)—still have a good resistance to stress cracking under the influence of chemicals.

The composition contains A) at least one of aromatic polycarbonate and polyester carbonate, B) polyalkyl (alkyl)acrylate, C) a graft polymer the molecular structure of which is substantially free of units derived from styrene, butadiene and acrylonitrile, D) at least one organic phosphoric acid ester, E) an optional anti-drip agent, and F) optionally at least one polymer additive. The composition is characterized in its good property profile especially weld line strength, resistance to chemicals, elongation at break, thermal stability and melt flowability.

    摘要: A thermoplastic molding composition having improved flammability rating and mechanical properties is disclosed. The composition contains aromatic polycarbonate having a weight-average molecular weight Mw≧25,000 g/mol., polyalkylene terephthalate, graft (co)polymer characterized in that its grafted phase includes structural units derived from acrylate monomers, an oligomeric organic phosphoric acid ester, and an optional fluorinated polyolefin. In a preferred embodiment the graft (co)polymer is characterized in its core-shell morphology.
