Abstract: The power transmission system includes: a power source; a first motor generator unit; a system power output portion; and a mode conversion device, where the mode conversion device includes: an input portion, a first conversion portion, a second conversion portion and an output portion, the output portion is connected to an input end of the system power output portion, the input portion is suitable for outputting power from at least one of the power source and the first motor generator unit, the input portion is selectively connected to one of the first conversion portion and the second conversion portion, and each of the first conversion portion and the second conversion portion cooperates with the output portion to perform transmission; and the input portion is connected to the second conversion portion, so that a rotational speed output by the input portion is reduced and then output to the input end of the system power output portion.

Abstract: A power transmission system includes: a power source; a first motor generator unit; a system power output portion; a first and a second mode conversion devices. The power source and the first motor generator unit is connected to or disconnected from the system power output portion through the first mode conversion device. The power source can be connected to or disconnected from the first mode conversion device through the second mode conversion device. The second mode conversion device includes a conversion device input shaft, a first conversion device intermediate shaft and a conversion device output shaft, and the conversion device output shaft is connected to the first motor generator unit; and power from the power source is suitable for being decelerated sequentially through the conversion device input shaft, the first conversion device intermediate shaft and the conversion device output shaft and then output to the first mode conversion device.

Abstract: A power transmission system includes: a power source; a speed change unit, where the speed change unit is suitable for being selectively power-coupled to the power source; a first motor generator unit; a system power output portion; a first mode conversion device, where at least one of the speed change unit and the first motor generator unit is power-coupled to or power-decoupled from the system power output portion through the first mode conversion device; and a second mode conversion device, where the speed change unit can be power-coupled to or power-decoupled from the first mode conversion device through the second mode conversion device, and the speed change unit can be power-coupled to the first mode conversion device through the second mode conversion device, so that power from the power source is decelerated sequentially through the speed change unit and the second mode conversion device and then output to the first mode conversion device.

Abstract: A method for starting an engine of a hybrid vehicle is provided. The method includes: detecting a speed of the hybrid vehicle when receiving an instruction to start the engine; and outputting an inertia torque generated by a transmission of the hybrid vehicle to a crankshaft of the engine to start the engine when the speed is larger than or equal to a predetermined speed.
