摘要： A display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a pixel circuit layer, and an anode layer; the pixel circuit layer includes a plurality of pixel driving circuits; and the anode layer includes a plurality of anode; each pixel driving circuit includes a functional thin film transistor; the plurality of pixel driving circuits include a first pixel driving circuit and a second pixel driving circuit which are adjacently arranged, and an orthographic projection of a channel region of the functional thin film transistor in the first pixel driving circuit on the base substrate and an orthographic projection of a channel region of the functional thin film transistor in the second pixel driving circuit on the base substrate both overlap with an orthographic projection of the anode corresponding to the first pixel driving circuit on the base substrate.

摘要： A display panel, a method for manufacturing the same, a display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The display panel includes a display region and a peripheral region arranged on a substrate, and further includes multiple active driving circuits and multiple redundant driving circuits. At least one active driving circuit is electrically connected to at least one of multiple pixel units, and each redundant driving circuit includes at least one electrode layer arranged on the substrate. The peripheral region includes a flat region and a curved region, at least part of the redundant driving circuits are located in a flat redundant driving circuit region included in the flat region. The flat redundant driving circuit region includes at least two alignment mark regions. In the alignment mark regions, at least one electrode layer is hollowed out, and/or at least one electrode layer is filled up.

摘要： A display panel, a manufacture method thereof and a display device are provided. The display panel includes multiple subpixel zones and a reset signal line pattern, an initialization signal line pattern and a conductive connecting part pattern in each of the subpixel zones. The initialization signal line pattern includes a first body portion and a first protruding portion coupled to each other. The orthographic projection of the first body portion onto the base is between the orthographic projection of the first protruding portion onto the base and the orthographic projection of the reset signal line pattern onto the base. The orthographic projection of a first end portion of the conductive connecting part pattern onto the base and the orthographic projection of the first protruding portion onto the base have a first overlapped region.

摘要： The present application provides a display substrate and a method for manufacturing the same and a display device. In the display substrate, each sub-pixel includes: a power signal line; sub-pixel driver circuits and a shielding pattern. The sub-pixel driver circuit includes a driver transistor and a compensation transistor of double-gate structure. The shielding pattern is electrically coupled with the power signal line in the sub-pixel which is adjacent the shielding pattern in a second direction. There is an overlap area between an orthographic projection of the shielding pattern onto the base substrate and an orthographic projection of the conductor pattern onto the base substrate; the second direction intersects the first direction. The sub-pixels include multiple first sub-pixels and multiple second sub-pixels; the overlap area in the first sub-pixel is greater than the overlap area in the second sub-pixel.
