In the display substrate, each of the plurality of anode groups includes a first anode and a second anode, the first anode includes a first main body portion, a first connection portion, an extension portion and an anode compensation portion, an orthographic projection of the anode compensation portion on the base substrate covers one thin film transistor, the anode compensation portion has a first point at a side away from the second center line, and the first main body portion has a second point at the first side, the first anode and a connection line between the first point and the second point enclose a notch region, and an area of the notch region is greater than at least one of an area of the anode compensation portion and an area of the first connection portion.

摘要： A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. A pixel region is provided with a light emission function layer on a base substrate of the display substrate, and a separation region is provided with at least one first barrier structure. The first barrier structure includes a stopper pattern and a first separation component. A side surface of the first separation component has a recess, and a portion of the light emission function layer extending to the separation region is disconnected on the side of the first separation component. The separation region is provided with an inorganic layer structure on the base substrate. The inorganic layer structure includes multiple stacked inorganic film layers, the stopper pattern is located between two adjacent inorganic film layers and the first separation component is located on a side of the inorganic layer structure away from the base substrate.

The display substrate includes: a base substrate at least including a pixel area and a hole area; a plurality of sub-pixels arranged on the base substrate and located in the pixel area; a hole in the hole area; a first barrier dam arranged between the sub-pixels and the hole and at least partially surrounding the hole; an organic material layer including at least one film layer, wherein an orthographic projection of the organic material layer on the base substrate falls within the pixel area; and a filling structure, wherein at least a portion of the filling structure is arranged between the hole and the first barrier dam, and the filling structure and the at least one film layer of the organic material layer are located in the same layer and include the same material.

摘要： A pixel circuit, a display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes: a threshold compensation transistor, a shielding element including a first shielding portion and a second shielding portion coupled with each other; a data writing transistor, orthographic projections of an active layer of the data writing transistor and the gate of the data writing transistor on the substrate are overlapped to form a first overlapping area; the first electrode and the active layer of the data writing transistor are in a same layer, orthographic projections of the first electrode of the data writing transistor and the second shielding portion on the substrate are overlapped to form a second overlapping area; a size of the second overlapping area in the first direction is smaller than that of the first overlapping area in the first direction.
