摘要: A display substrate, including a base substrate, and a driving circuit layer and light emitting elements formed on the base substrate, and in a same pixel circuit, an active general layer includes a first column-wise active portion including active layers of the a data writing transistor and the a first light emission control transistor, and a first active connection portion, an orthographic projection of the first active connection portion on the base substrate at least partially overlapping an orthographic projection of a corresponding power supply line on the base substrate, a dimension of the first active connection portion in a row direction of pixel units being less than a dimension of the active layer of the data writing transistor in the row direction, and a dimension of the active layer of the first light emission control transistor in the row direction. A display panel is further provided.

摘要: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate at least including a pixel area and a hole area; a plurality of sub-pixels arranged on the base substrate and located in the pixel area; a hole in the hole area; a first barrier dam arranged between the sub-pixels and the hole and at least partially surrounding the hole; an organic material layer including at least one film layer, wherein an orthographic projection of the organic material layer on the base substrate falls within the pixel area; and a filling structure, wherein at least a portion of the filling structure is arranged between the hole and the first barrier dam, and the filling structure and the at least one film layer of the organic material layer are located in the same layer and include the same material.

摘要: An array substrate includes a first pixel driving circuit, a second pixel driving circuit, and a third pixel driving circuit; and a first voltage supply line, a second voltage supply line, and a third voltage supply line configured to provide a constant voltage signal respectively to the first pixel driving circuit, the second pixel driving circuit, and the third pixel driving circuit. The first voltage signal line crosses over a second capacitor electrode in the first pixel driving circuit by a first overlapping area. The second voltage supply line crosses over a second capacitor electrode in the second pixel driving circuit by a second overlapping area. The third voltage supply line crosses over a second capacitor electrode in the third pixel driving circuit by a third overlapping area. The third overlapping area is greater than the first overlapping area, and is greater than the second overlapping area.

摘要: A pixel circuit, a display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes: a threshold compensation transistor, a shielding element including a first shielding portion and a second shielding portion coupled with each other; a data writing transistor, orthographic projections of an active layer of the data writing transistor and the gate of the data writing transistor on the substrate are overlapped to form a first overlapping area; the first electrode and the active layer of the data writing transistor are in a same layer, orthographic projections of the first electrode of the data writing transistor and the second shielding portion on the substrate are overlapped to form a second overlapping area; a size of the second overlapping area in the first direction is smaller than that of the first overlapping area in the first direction.

摘要: This disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. In the display panel, orthographic projections of a first conductive layer of the first electrode layer and the peripheral drive circuit on a plane where the drive back plate is located at least partially overlap, and the signal line is connected to the first conductive layer. The pixel definition layer includes a pixel definition area in the display area and insulating strips in the peripheral area. A separating groove exposing the first conductive layer is formed between at least two adjacent ones of the insulating strips. A second conductive layer of the second electrode layer covers the insulating strip, forms a recessed area in an area corresponding to the separating groove and is connected with the first conductive layer. The packaging layer covers the second electrode layer and fills the recessed area.

The first lead portion and the second signal line have a first overlapping region, and the first winding portion and the second winding portion have a second overlapping region.
