Abstract: Techniques that provide location-based enterprise policy application within a mobile network are described herein. In one embodiment, a method includes provisioning a location-based enterprise policy within a 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) mobile network, wherein the location-based enterprise policy comprises one or more mobile network policies configured by an enterprise and the location-based enterprise policy is associated with at least one enterprise device and at least one enterprise site of the enterprise; determining, via the 3GPP mobile network, that the at least one enterprise device is proximate to the at least one enterprise site; and activating, via the 3GPP mobile network, the one or more mobile network policies of the location-based enterprise policy based on the at least one enterprise device being proximate to the at least one enterprise site.

Abstract: Techniques are described to provide for authentication and subscription management that are decoupled from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS). In one example, a method includes providing a device profile at an authentication function, wherein the device profile comprises identification information for a device for a plurality of access types including a first identifier for the device associated with a cellular access and a second identifier for the device associated with a wireless local area network access; obtaining an access request message associated with the device for the cellular access, wherein the access request message comprises the first identifier and an authentication attribute; generating authentication information for authenticating the device for the cellular access based, at least in part, on the authentication attribute; and generating, for transmission, an access accept message for the cellular access, wherein the access accept message comprises the first identifier, the second identifier, and the authentication information.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a system includes: a download server instantiated on a computing device, and a multiplicity of wireless access points (APs), where the download server is operative to: receive a download request from a mobile device, determine a current location for the mobile device, predict a route for the mobile device based at least on the current location, allocate at least one target AP along the route from among the multiplicity of wireless APs, and in response to the download request, forward at least one download file to the at least one target AP, where the at least one target AP is operative to: receive the at least one download file, identify the mobile device, and download at least part of the download file to the mobile device in an mmWave transmission.

Abstract: Aspects of the embodiments are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products embodied at a server managing a resource for providing access to a resource in a distributed network. Embodiments include receiving a request from a client for access to a resource, the request comprising a named capability identifying the resource and identifying a server managing the resource; determining, from the named capability, whether the client is authorized to access the resource identified by the named capability; and granting access to the resource named by the named capability based on the named capability received with the request.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a technique for creating persistent augmented scene graph information by a computing system comprising a scene graph. A plurality of real-world scene graphs of a physical environment are obtained from one or more computing devices. A plurality of objects are detected from the plurality of real-world scene graphs. For each object and between each object, object data including geometrical information, positional information, semantic information, and state information of each object within the real-world scene graphs from different points of view are determined. Composite object data of each object is created based on the object data. The composite object data of each object is mapped to the scene graph, and a scene graph information is created. The scene graph information is updated to each one or more computing devices, and the scene graph information corresponds to a full view of the physical environment.

Abstract: Presented herein are techniques for observing smart contracts. A method can include obtaining, by a digital twin, a first data set from a first smart contract that stores the first data to a first distributed ledger and a second data set from a second smart contract that stores the second data set to a second distributed ledger. Determining operating states of the first and second smart contracts based on the first data set, the second data set, and one or more state messages from an oracle associated with the first distributed ledger and the second distributed ledger. Generating a consolidated view of the first and second smart contracts, based on the operating states. And providing the consolidated view of the first and second smart contracts for monitoring the operating states and interactions between the first and second smart contracts as a whole.

Abstract: Presented herein are techniques for verifying data. A method can include obtaining, from an oracle, a first data set associated with a distributed ledger. The method further includes obtaining a plurality of data sets from a plurality of sources. The method further includes generating a confidence level regarding the first data set for validating the first data set, based on comparing the first data set to the plurality of data sets. The method further includes storing the first data set in the distributed ledger based on the confidence level indicating that the plurality of data sets concurs with the first data set. The method further includes taking a remedial action without storing the first data set in the distributed ledger based on the confidence level indicating a discrepancy between the plurality of data sets and the first data set.
