    Abstract: Disclosed is a lubricating device for wheel machining, which is composed of an air compressor, a safety valve, an oil drain valve, an oil tank, an oil filling port, an oil quantity regulating valve, an oil mist pressure regulating valve and the like. The air compressor is fixed on a frame, and an oil mist pressure regulating knob is connected outside the regulating valve; the other path is connected to an air pressure regulating valve, and an air pressure regulating knob is connected outside the regulating valve; an oil mist pressure gauge interface is arranged between the oil mist pressure regulating valve and an oil mist generator, and an oil mist pressure gauge is connected outside the interface; an air pressure gauge interface is arranged between the air pressure regulating valve and an air separator, and a compressed air pressure gauge is connected outside the interface.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a wheel machining tool. A rough turning tool and a finish turning tool are respectively arranged on two sides of a tool head, the primary declination angle β of the rough turning tool is set to 90° to 120°, and the primary declination angle α of the finish turning tool is set to 85° to 95°; the axial height difference between the rough turning tool and the finish turning tool is set to 0.2-0.5 mm; the distance c between the rough turning tool and the tool head is set to 5-8 mm, and the distance b between the finish turning tool and the tool head is set to 3-5 mm. The rake angle δ of the rough turning tool is set to 12°-15°, the rake angle γ of the finish turning tool is set to 14°-17°.

    Abstract: A gage for detecting the diameter of a bolt hole back socket consists of a go side cylinder, a first holder, a first digital depth gage, a first screw, a handle, a no-go side cylinder, a second screw, a second holder and a second digital depth gage. The gage can meet the detection requirement for the plane diameter of a bolt hole back socket of a wheel. An operator can use the gage to quickly detect whether the plane diameter of the bolt hole back socket is qualified, so that high-precision complete detection is realized. The gage converts depth detection into determination on whether the diameter is qualified.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a wheel lightweight machining fixture and method. The fixture comprises a rotating chuck, an electric cylinder, a guide rail, a slide block, a first linear motor, radial positioning blocks and the like. When the electric cylinder drives the slide block to move along the guide rail, the position where an first ultrasonic thickness measuring sensor is in contact with a wheel spoke can be adjusted, so that the spoke thicknesses at different positions can be detected. Through motion of the turrets, an second ultrasonic thickness measuring sensor can contact the outer rim of the wheel and detect the rim wall thickness. By integrating a measurement feedback system into the manufacturing process, the disclosure provides a fixture and a method for minimum entity machining of the rim wall thickness and the spoke thickness of a wheel during the first stage turning process, thereby realizing lightweight manufacturing of the wheel.

    Abstract: A wheel bolt hole chamfer device is composed of a base, a support frame, a lower servo motor, a turntable, stop blocks, guide rails, strong springs, a driving friction wheel, driven shafts, driven friction wheels, chamfer cutters and the like. The device can be put into a production line as a fourth-procedure machining device, and bolt hole chamfers are no longer machined in three procedures, so that the three-procedure machining time is reduced; and after the fourth procedure for machining the bolt hole chamfers is supplemented, the machining time of a single wheel is shortened, and the efficiency is improved. The device integrates pitch diameter adjustment and rotating drive of the chamfer cutters, so that a drive system and a power system are greatly simplified, i.e., the manufacturing cost of the device is reduced, all bolt hole chamfers can be machined at the same time.
