Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar assembly comprises a first busbar, a second busbar and a first insulator. The first busbar comprises a first connecting portion connected to a first battery unit, a second connecting portion connected to a second battery unit and a first main portion connecting the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The second busbar comprises a third connecting portion connected to a third battery unit, a fourth connecting portion connected to a fourth battery unit and a second main portion connecting the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion. The first main portion partially overlaps the second main portion, and the first insulator insulates the second main portion and the first main portion. The first battery unit, the third battery unit, the second battery unit and the fourth battery unit are arranged sequentially.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lower box body, a battery box and a vehicle, the lower box body comprises a base body, a first protecting assembly, a mounting hole. The base body comprises a bottom plate portion, a side plate portion, eave portions. The first protecting assembly is provided at outside of the base body, fixed to the base body and is attached to the eave portion. The mounting hole penetrates the eave portion and the first protecting assembly. The first protecting assembly improves the entirety structural strength of the lower box. Because the mounting hole is formed by penetrating the eave portion and the first protecting assembly, the structural stability of the mounting location of the lower box body is improved, thereby making the mounting location of the lower box body not be prone to be deformed or damaged when the battery box is subjected to the external force.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box and a vehicle, the battery box comprises an upper box body, a lower box body, a connecting member, a fixing member. The upper box body comprises a first eave portion, the lower box body comprises a second eave portion. The first eave portion is provided with a first connecting hole, the second eave portion is provided with a second connecting hole and a mounting hole. The connecting member passes through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to connect the upper box body and the lower box body. The fixing member passes through the mounting hole to make the lower box body mounted to external equipment, compared with the conventional battery box, the lower box body is equivalent to the arrangement of eliminating the third eave portion, it simplifies the structure and reduces the weight, thereby improving the energy density.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes a plurality of battery units connected in series; at least two electrode output connecting pieces each disposed at an output end of the plurality of battery units; a plurality of bridging busbars, each connecting two battery units spaced by one or more other battery units among the plurality of battery units; and an adjacent busbar connecting two adjacent battery units among the plurality of battery units. An electrical connection path is formed in the battery module by the electrode output connecting pieces, the bridging busbars and the adjacent busbar. The battery module according to the present disclosure is applicable in diverse situations, and capable of improving safety performance and energy density.
