Abstract:
A directional coupler for microwave cavities is used to guide microwave signal power in both directions. The directional coupler contains a first carrier and a second carrier overlapped with each other, a metal line (such as a micro strip line) between the first and second carriers, a signal connector between both ends of the micro strip line, and a metal shell. The first and second carriers and the micro strip line are made using the print board technology. A copper foil is formed on the circuit board surface of the first carrier to form metal lines (such as micro strip lines). The circuit board surfaces of the first and second carriers are coated with a metal shell by electroplating means. A microwave cavity directional coupler with a simple structure and manufacturing process is thus achieved.
Abstract:
An electrolier flag is provided that includes a lamp box made from transparent material that snaps on to a lamp-holder so that the bulb is enclosed therein. The lamp box condenses the light rays on the inside of the lamp box, and by the conductivity of material, the light rays are conduced into the banner that is coupled to the light box, so that the banner emits light.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lamp-holder for decorative network light, in which a main body of lamp-holder with two pairs of T-shaped slots opposite for both T-shaped pegs of a U-shaped lug sliding in and locating to fasten the cords in. In practicing, sliding out the U-shaped lugs, then inserting the cord into the slot, final sliding back in the original position to fix the cord on the main body integrally.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an air suspended luminary that includes balloons and luminaries. By means of floating balloons, the present invention is to suspend an end of a string of luminaries on the bottom of the balloon, the another end of the string of luminary is fixed on the ground to control the suspending height. Said balloon can connect with the string of luminaries through a hollow transparent connecting object. The present invention can be combined with many balloons and strings of the luminaries to create varied shapes and used in varied field especially in an expense of open field.
Abstract:
A microwave-excited plasma device is proposed. The device comprises of a plurality of microwave plasma reaction units which are capable of generating plasma independently such that a large-area plasma is able to be generated by all of the units. Besides, the high cost of the large-area microwave coupling window and its deformation together with possible breakage caused by atmospheric pressure can be prevented. Moreover, when a plurality of permanent magnets is assembled upon each of the plasma reaction units, the microwave-excited plasma device is improved to be a large-area electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) plasma device.
Abstract:
A safety box includes a rectangular main frame, a front frame, a rear frame and four side bars connected between the front and rear frames. The front frame includes four hollow front bars and each front bar includes a first slot, the rear frame includes four hollow rear bars and each rear bar includes a second slot so that side panels can be inserted into the first and second slots. A front panel is connected to the front frame and a rear panel is connected to the rear frame. A pivotal column is pivotably connected to the front frame. Eight corners are connected to corners of the front frame and the rear frame so as to hide the bolts.
Abstract:
An apparatus for impeding counterfeiting, impeding stealing and managing optical disk stock is described. The radio frequency identification (RFID) system is applied in an apparatus for impeding counterfeiting, impeding stealing, and managing optical disk stock. The apparatus has a disc, a RFID chip and an antenna. The disc has a first annular area, a second annular area and a third annular area. The second annular area is a data recording area with a metal recording layer. The first annular area and the third annular area both are areas without data. The RFID chip is embedded in the disc and the antenna connects to the RFID chip. The RFID chip and the antenna are located in the third annular area. The apparatus further has a foldable matching circuit to increase an inductance of the antenna and shorten the length of the antenna with even poles.

Abstract:
A method for application of portable software stores a coordination program and at least an application program in a portable storage device. When the storage device is plugged to a computer system, the coordination program will be automatically run to set up a runtime environment of the application program (including carrying out authentication and authorization to ensure proper use of hardware and software). The application program can thus be executed in the computer system. After the user has finished the tasks, the application program is terminated, and the coordination program will restore the computer system to the original setting and automatically terminate itself. The user can then remove the storage device. In this way, easy usage and better integration can be accomplished, and the advantage of portable software can also be achieved.
