摘要: A method for controlling a virtual meeting includes receiving a meeting template including at least one rule. The rule or rules associated with the meeting template define a first time period relating a first virtual meeting session of a first endpoint computing device and a second time period relating to a second virtual meeting session of a second endpoint computing device. The method further includes causing, responsive to the rule(s), a first audio mute/unmute action to occur in the first virtual meeting session at or prior to an expiration of the first time period. The method further includes causing a second audio mute/unmute action to occur in the second virtual meeting session at or prior to a start of the second time period, where the second time period is different from with the first time period.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for providing personalized pages. An example methodology implementing the techniques includes, displaying, by a computing device, a plurality of elements in a page and monitoring interaction with the displayed page. The method also includes, responsive to determining a topic based on the interaction with the plurality of elements in the displayed page, identifying one or more files related to the identified topic and providing an element on the page, the element configured to provide access to one of the identified one or more files in response to an input received on the element. The element may be provided in a file zone in the displayed page.

摘要: Methods and systems for protecting sensitive data using conversational history are described herein. An enterprise data validation server may receive conversation snippets and create a topic model. The enterprise data validation server may detect a message is being sent from a first user to a second user, determine a topic distribution between the first user and the second user, and a topic distribution of the message. The enterprise data validation server may determine a bias value associated with the message by comparing the topic distribution of the message and the topic distribution between the first user and the second user. Accordingly, based on a determination that the bias value exceeds a threshold, the enterprise data validation server send an alert containing a warning message.

摘要: Methods and systems for detecting and addressing file redundancies. A server may be configured to store a plurality of files associated with a plurality of identifiers. The identifiers may be generated using a hash function. The server may receive an indication of a first file. The indication of the first file may correspond to a user uploading the first file to the server, and may comprise a first identifier of the first file. The server may determine, by comparing the first identifier and the plurality of identifiers, that a second file is the same as the first file. Based on the second identifier, a pointer to the second file may be provided to prevent redundant storage of content similar to that of the second file. If an edit associated with a pointer, of a plurality of pointers to a centrally-stored file, is made, a new centrally-stored file may be created.

摘要: Described embodiments provide systems and methods for establishing a session. A client may identify, to access at least one of a plurality of services via a connector, a plurality of metrics on network conditions between the connector and a corresponding service of the plurality of services. The client may use at least one value of the plurality of metrics to scale each metric of the plurality of metrics. The client may determine a score for each service of the plurality of services as a function of each of the plurality of scaled metrics for the corresponding service. The client may select, from the plurality of services, a service based at least on the score. The client may establish a session with the connector to access the selected service.
