Abstract:
A magnetic flux emission unit is mounted on a detection object and rotatable integrally with the detection object. An IC package includes a magnetism detection element, which sends a signal according to change in a magnetic flux caused when the magnetic flux emission unit rotates. A cover member includes a bottom portion and a tubular portion. The tubular portion is extended from an outer periphery of the bottom portion. The cover member surrounds the magnetic flux emission unit with the bottom portion when mounted to the housing. A support portion is projected from the bottom portion toward an opening of the tubular portion to support the IC package. A projection is projected toward the opening from the bottom portion to at least a position corresponding to the magnetism detection element.
Abstract:
A position sensing device has a first magnetic flux transmission unit that includes first thin boards made of long shape magnetic material stacked along a board thickness direction and a second magnetic flux transmission unit that includes second thin boards made of long shape magnetic material stacked along the board thickness direction, for defining a gap space between the first and second magnetic flux transmission units when disposing the first and second magnetic flux transmission units on a rotating body. Further, the position sensing device includes first and second magnets disposed between both ends of the first and second magnetic flux transmission units. A Hall IC disposed on a mold part moves within the gap space along a gap space longitudinal direction relative to the rotating body for outputting a signal according to a density of a magnetic flux passing therethrough.
Abstract:
A stroke amount detection device includes a yoke, a magnetic flux generation section, and a magnetism detection section. The yoke has a protruding section that protrudes to outside the yoke. The magnetic flux generation section is located in the yoke. The magnetism detection section is disposed between the magnetic flux generation section and the protruding section. The magnetism detection section is disposed at a fixed position with respect to the magnetic flux generation section. The magnetism detection section outputs a signal in accordance with a magnetic flux density generated due to a relative movement of the yoke with respect to the magnetism detection section.
Abstract:
A first integrated circuit includes a first voltage output circuit for outputting a voltage, which proportionally increases in correspondence to an angular position of a throttle valve, a first protective resistor, a first output terminal connected to the first protective resistor, and a first abnormality detection circuit for outputting a first abnormality detection signal based on a voltage produced by the first protective resistor. A second integrated circuit is configured similarly to the first integrated circuit by a second voltage output circuit, a second protective resistor, a second output terminal, and a second abnormality detection circuit.
