    摘要: This invention relates to a flow check prevention mechanism especially useful in a female coupler for preventing closure of a male coupler coupled thereto should a vacuum occur in the female coupler when fluid flow out of the female coupler is momentarily blocked. The female coupler includes a housing having a bore formed therein with a receptacle movably positioned within the bore. The receptacle contains a main cavity which is connected by a passageway to an engagement bore. The engagement bore receives the male coupler. Located within the receptacle is a main poppet valve which controls the fluid flow through the passageway and a secondary poppet valve which relieves fluid pressure from the main cavity through an outlet port. The female coupler also includes a movable piston which assists in moving the main valve against excessive pressure which may be contained within the male coupler and a collar member which limits the travel of the main valve. The female coupler further includes a flow check prevention valve positioned within the main cavity which assures that the pressure impinging on the piston will be equal to or greater than the pressure present in the remainder of the main cavity. The flow check prevention valve functions to insure that the passageway between the male and female couplers remain open when fluid flow out of the female coupler is blocked by a directional control valve and when a vacuum occurs within the main cavity due to displacement of fluid within the hydraulic function. The female coupler also includes a lever mechanism to assist in the coupling and uncoupling process.

    摘要: An open center, load sensing hydraulic system is disclosed which contains a primary work circuit and a secondary work circuit. A fixed displacement pump is fluidly connected between a reservoir and both the primary and secondary work circuits for supplying pressurized fluid thereto. The primary work circuit includes a control valve which regulates fluid flow from the pump to a primary hydraulic function and which includes a feedback mechanism connected thereto. The secondary work circuit includes a manually operable control valve for regulating fluid flow from the pump to a secondary hydraulic function. A priority valve is connected between the pump and both the primary and secondary work circuits and is movable to regulate the pressure to the primary work circuit. Pressurized signals from the primary work circuit are transmitted through a load signal lne to the priority valve and are used to move the priority valve to a position which assures that adequate pressure is always available to the primary work circuit. The system also includes a control valve for sensing pressure variations between the fluid discharged from the priority valve and the fluid present in the load signal line. This valve prevents fluid flow out of the primary hydraulic function, via the load signal line, when the pressure of the fluid discharged by the pump is less than the pressure of the fluid in the load signal line and thereby essentially eliminates kickback from the primary control valve.

    摘要: A closed center, load sensing hydraulic system is disclosed which contains a primary work circuit which has priority in flow demand over a secondary work circuit. The system includes a variable displacement pump fluidly connected between a reservoir and a control valve with the primary work circuit. The primary work circuit includes a control valve which regulates fluid flow from the pump to a primary hydraulic function and which includes a feedback mechanism connected thereto. The secondary work circuit also includes a manually operable control valve for regulating fluid flow from the pump to a secondary hydraulic function.     摘要: An open center hydraulic system is disclosed which contains a primary work circuit and a secondary work circuit.     摘要: The displacement controllers of a first variable displacement pump supplying fluid for hoe and travel functions of an excavator and a second pump supplying fluid for the excavator house swing function are connected to shuttle valves which operate to couple to the controllers the lesser of the power beyond fluid pressures emanating from travel function and swing function control valves. A bypass circuit is arranged to couple power beyond flow from the swing function control valve to join the flow being outputed from the first pump when the pressure of the last-named power beyond flow exceeds the lesser of that emanating from the travel control functions. Lead compensators are provided to make the controllers more responsive to circuit demands and a power limiting valve is provided for automatically connecting pressure for destroking the pumps to relieve engine load when the engine speed falls to a predetermined minimum.
