    Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for determining a transmission mode. A method embodiment includes obtaining, by a terminal device, configuration indication information, the configuration indication information comprising one or more of: DMRS indication information, repeated-transmission indication information, or transmission configuration indication information; and determining a transmission mode based on the configuration indication information, the transmission mode is one or more of: a space division multiplexing mode, a frequency division multiplexing mode, or a time division multiplexing mode.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies and provides a quasi co-location indication method and an apparatus, so that a terminal learns of a quasi co-location relationship between a plurality of antenna ports of a first reference signal resource. The method includes: A terminal receives quasi-co-location indication information, where the quasi-co-location indication information is used to indicate M antenna port groups corresponding to a first reference signal resource, each of the M antenna port groups includes one or more CDM groups of the first reference signal resource, the CDM group includes a plurality of antenna ports, and any two antenna ports in a same antenna port group are in a quasi-co-location relationship. Then, the terminal determines a quasi-co-location relationship between a plurality of antenna ports of the first reference signal resource based on the quasi-co-location indication information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a retransmission method and an apparatus in a multi-transmission reception point architecture, to improve HARQ retransmission performance in the multi-TRP architecture. The method includes: receiving first downlink control information from a network device on a first control resource; and receiving a first transmission version of downlink data from the network device based on the first downlink control information. The first transmission version is retransmission data of a second transmission version of the downlink data. Second downlink control information for scheduling the second transmission version is associated with a second control resource. The first control resource and the second control resource are a same control resource, or the first control resource and the second control resource belong to a same resource group.
