The detecting method includes: determining a candidate resource set within virtual downlink resources of a current cell. A detection is performed on at least one candidate resource in the candidate resource set, so as to acquire the common control channel of the current cell. In the embodiments of the present invention, a selection range of resources for transmitting a common control channel is extended, so that inter-cell interference of the common control channel can be coordinated, and a detection performance of the common control channel can be improved.
