    Abstract: A method and device for detecting a gesture on a rollable display device for adjusting the display size of the device is provided. The A device includes a housing, a roll unit mounted in the housing and able to be rotatable around a roll axis, a flexible, touch-sensitive display able to detect a touch gesture and to be rolled around the roll unit and defining a planar front screen with a front screen size that changes according to a degree of rotation of the roll unit, and a controller able to, in response to detecting a touch gesture on the front screen, rotate the roll unit to adjust said front screen size.

    Abstract: An interface display method and an electronic device are provided. The method includes: performing screen-on interception in response to a screen wakeup operation performed by a user on an electronic device, to prevent a screen from being lit up; drawing an interface adapted to a screen orientation; and after the interface is drawn, disabling screen-on interception, and displaying the interface based on the screen orientation. The electronic device may collect and report data in real time through a sensor, and calculate a current screen orientation in real time, so that the drawn interface adapts to the current screen orientation.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining significant bits in an Nth data frame, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, a quantity of the significant bits in the Nth data frame is smaller than a quantity of bits in the Nth data frame, and remaining bits other than the significant bits in the Nth data frame are insignificant bits in the Nth data frame; and sending the significant bits in the Nth data frame, and skipping sending the insignificant bits in the Nth data frame. According to the application, on a premise of ensuring voice intelligibility, a transmit end apparatus transmits only the significant bits, to minimize a data transmission amount, thereby improving transmission reliability and coverage.

    Abstract: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

    Abstract: A grating coupler and a preparation method thereof are provided. The grating coupler includes a substrate layer, a lower confining layer, a waveguide core layer, and an upper confining layer that are sequentially arranged. The waveguide core layer includes a submicron waveguide, a first tapered waveguide, and a waveguide array. The waveguide array includes at least two waveguide groups, the waveguide group includes at least one waveguide chain, the waveguide chain includes at least two waveguides that have different widths, and the waveguides in the waveguide chain are connected to each other. An end of the waveguide chain in the waveguide array is connected to a wide end of the first tapered waveguide, and a narrow end of the first tapered waveguide is connected to the submicron waveguide.
