    摘要: The invention relates to an arrangement for a two-stage ejector for an injection moulding tool. It comprises a piston cylinder arrangement with piston cylinder elements capable of axial displacement relative to one another in separate stages for the actuation of separately moving ejector plates, having the front plate attached to a piston capable of detachable attachment to a sleeve accommodating said piston via radially moving coupling segments. Internally inside the sleeve, which is attached to the rear plate via a threaded connection, an accommodating body for the coupling segments is fixed to the front plate via radial wings. The wings are capable of movement along the sleeve in matching recesses along the rear part of the sleeve.

    摘要: A metallurgical vessel has a refractory head piece and a vessel outlet at the refractory head piece. A sliding gate valve for this metallurgical vessel includes a housing frame that is mounted to the vessel at the outlet so as to be removable therefrom. A slider unit is mounted in the housing frame having a sliding plate therein. A refractory base plate is also mounted in the housing frame, and has an upper side with a plane sliding surface that is engaged with the refractory head piece and a lower side having a lower sliding surface that is parallel to the plane sliding surface. The sliding plate is pressed against the lower sliding surface of the refractory base plate. The refractory base plate is fixed in the housing frame in a direction parallel to the sliding surfaces of the refractory base plate, but is movable in the housing frame in a direction perpendicular to the sliding surface of the refractory base plate. Spring elements bias the sliding plate against the lower sliding surface of the refractory base plate, and the refractory base plate against the refractory head piece. By being able to easily remove the housing frame, both the refractory base plate and the sliding plate can be easily and quickly exchanged as necessary.

    摘要: Apparatus for advancing sections of newspapers has a first conveyor with equidistant grippers which deliver a series of suspended sections to a transfer conveyor. The latter delivers successive sections into successive pockets of a turret-shaped conveyor and comprises a driven shaft carrying two annuli of bearings for the stubs of two sets of plate-like clamping members. Each clamping member of one set cooperates with a clamping member of the other set to engage a section which is delivered by an oncoming gripper and to transfer the thus engaged section into a pocket of the turret-shaped conveyor. The clamping members of each set are pivotable relative to the shaft and orbit about the shaft when the latter is driven to advance the clamping members along an endless path. The devices for pivoting the two sets of clamping members during predetermined stages of each revolution of the shaft employ exchangeable stationary cams and followers provided on the respective sets of clamping members to track the cams. Pivotability of the clamping members relative to the shaft renders it possible to compensate for differrences between the speeds of the first conveyor and turret-shaped conveyor.

    摘要: A method of salvaging a pipe conduit which is buried under ground, especially a sewer pipe, includes soaking a resin-absorbing inner layer of a lining hose, which further includes an impermeable outer layer that outwardly adjoins and surrounds the inner layer, with a first resin. The lining hose is then placed into the pipe conduit. A surface region of a calibrating hose which is to contact the inner layer of the lining hose is provided with a layer containing a second resin. The lining hose is then shaped to conformingly line the pipe conduit. Such shaping involves introducing the calibrating hose into the lining hose in such a manner that the resin-containing layer of the calibrating hose contacts the inner layer of the lining hose and pressing the calibrating hose against the lining hose to urge the latter against the pipe conduit. Finally, at least one of the first and second resins is hardened. Preferably, the other resin contains a substance which chemically reacts with at least the one resin to cause the same to harden during the hardening step upon contact of the resin-containing and inner layers.
