    Abstract: An array substrate includes gate lines, data lines and an insulating layer. The data lines all extend in a first direction, and the gate lines all extend in a second direction, the first direction intersecting the second direction. A data line includes first line segments and second line segments that all extend in the first direction and are arranged alternately. The second line segments are disposed at a side of the gate lines proximate to the base, and the first line segments are disposed at a side of the gate lines away from the base. There is no overlap among orthographic projections of the first line segments on the base and orthographic projections of the gate lines on the base. The insulating layer includes first vias. In the first direction, any two adjacent first line segments are electrically connected to a second fine segment through at least two first vias.

    Abstract: A fabrication method of a thin film transistor, a fabrication method of an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device are provided. The fabrication method of the thin film transistor comprises: forming a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer and an oxide active layer; forming an inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer whose cross section is inverted trapezoidal on the oxide active layer, the inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer being soluble in an organic solvent; forming a source/drain layer on the oxide active layer, the gate insulating layer and the inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer, a thickness of the inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer being greater than a thickness of the source/drain layer; and dissolving and removing the inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer with the organic solvent and removing the source/drain layer on the inverted trapezoidal dissolution layer, to form a source electrode and a drain electrode.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the disclosure provides a display panel comprising a substrate, a display area of the display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixel regions, each sub-pixel includes a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a method for preparing the same, and a display device including the display substrate. The method includes: forming a conductive layer; forming a first photoresist pattern and a second photoresist pattern on the conductive layer, in which the adhesion between the first photoresist pattern and the conductive layer is less than the adhesion between the second photoresist pattern and the conductive layer; and etching the conductive layer by using the first photoresist pattern and the second photoresist pattern as masks to form a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern, respectively, in which a line width difference between the first conductive pattern and the first photoresist pattern is greater than a line width difference between the second conductive pattern and the second photoresist pattern.
