摘要: A male connector (B) includes an outer housing (10) equipped with a rotatable lever (31) and an inner connector (20) which moves in an axial direction in the outer housing by rotation of the lever. A female connector (A) includes a shell for receiving the male connector; the male and female connectors having abutting faces (36 and 4) abutting on each other by magnetic force when the inner connector (20) and the female connector (A) are engaged with each other, at least one of the abutting faces being made of magnet (35). The male and female connectors can constitute a provisional locking structure before substantial magnetic adsorption force due to proximity of the male and female connectors. The male and female connectors are coupled to each other to connect terminals mounted in the male and female connectors to each other. Even if a strong magnet is used to couple relatively large connectors with each other, they can be separated by small force.

摘要: The present invention provides an electrical connector used for charging an automobile in which an incomplete connection between a feeding connector half and a receiving connector half is prevented and the work of connecting both connector halves can be easily carried out with a small insertion force. The feeding connector according to the present invention includes a feeding connector half and a receiving connector half, wherein the feeding connector half includes: a case; a connector main body slidably accommodated in a front half portion of the case for accommodating a plurality of terminals; a handle attached to a rear half portion of the case; a slider for causing the connector main body to slide; a member for positioning the feeding connector half with respect to the receiving connector half and for preliminarily locking the feeding connector half to the receiving connector half; a lever means for routing to complete lock the feeding connector half to the receiving connector half, the lever means having an intermediate portion between a working portion and an operating portion, the working portion rotatably attached to the handle and the operating portion projecting out of the case; and a means for locking and unlocking the lever at in its rotated position to completely lock the connector main body of the feeding connector half to a connector main body of the receiving connector half.

摘要: A wire harness having good heat-release performance as well as having simple structure and configuration and can be manufactured at low cost is provided. Also, the wire harness which can fulfill electromagnetic shield function is provided. A wire harness 21 includes a thick high-voltage electric wire 22 which electrically connects an inverter 4 and a battery 5, a tubular protection member 23 arranged outside of the high-voltage electric wire 22 so the high-voltage electric wire is passed therethrough, and a heat-transfer-and-shield member 24 made of metal. The tubular protection member 23 includes a cylindrical circular pipe 26 having good heat-release performance, two corrugated tubes 32 and two protectors 33. The heat-transfer-and-shield member 24 is one component constituting the high-voltage electric wire 22 and is arranged in indirect contact with an inner face 27 of the circular pipe 26.

摘要: A power-supply breaker apparatus of the present invention includes a fuse provided between a power supply and a load in an electric circuit, an apparatus main body for housing the fuse, a pair of main body side terminals, a plug housing chamber for housing the plug in the apparatus main body movably in a fitting/detaching direction, and a pair of plug side terminals which become conductive with each other in the plug. The electric circuit is electrically conductive via the fuse, and the pair of main body side terminals are supported to the apparatus main body movably in a direction crossing substantially perpendicularly to the fitting/detaching direction, and one of the pair of the main body side terminals is connected with the power supply, and the other terminal is connected with the load. Moreover, when the plug is moved in the fitting/detaching direction, the pair of plug side terminals are freely fitted into and detached from the pair of main body side terminals.
