    摘要: A storage battery terminal structure of the present invention includes: an annular recessed groove that is arranged on an upper end portion of a cylindrical male terminal; retaining projections that are engageable with the annular recessed groove; a housing that is an outer enclosing body of a female terminal; flexible arms, each flexible arm not only having a retaining projection on an upper end portion of an inner wall of a rigid sleeve of the housing surrounding the male terminal in order to release the corresponding retaining projection from the annular recessed groove but also being formed by a pair of slits formed from an upper end of the rigid sleeve so as to interpose the corresponding retaining projection therebetween; and a release button that is arranged on an upper end portion of the rigid sleeve so as to be vertically movable so that the flexible arms can be flexed sidewards and that has slopes on a lower surface thereof, the slopes facing sidewards.

    摘要: A shielded connector which can reduce production costs and prevent displacement of a shield wire is provided. The corrugated holder of the shielded connector is made up of a pair of half covers 36. Each half cover is provided with an outer cover and an inner cover. A case insertion chamber for a wire attachment case is formed between the outer cover and the inner cover. A wire stopper for the shield wire is formed at one end of the inner surface of the inner cover. A plurality of tube insertion grooves for a corrugated tube are formed at the other end of the inner surface of the inner cover. The outer cover is provided with a cover securing portion corresponding to the outer wall of the wire attachment case. The sheath of the shield wire is provided with a sheath holding ring for radially compressing the sheath.

    摘要: A connecting structure of a metallic shielding member is provided with each of contacting elongations in the leading edge direction of male or female metallic shielding member in which a pair of engaging hook pieces to engage with the contacting elongation of one of the metallic shielding members are formed at the contacting elongation of the other metallic shielding member. The pair of engaging hook pieces are formed at both sides of the slit provided between the adjacent contacting elongations. The other connecting structure of a metallic shielding member in which each of the contacting elongations of both metallic shielding members equipped with male and female connectors is brought into contact with each other, a pressing spring is provided for energizing the contacting elongation of one of the metallic shielding members toward the contacting elongation of the other metallic shielding member at least in the connector housing on one side. Furthermore, there are provided a contacting projection for both contacting elongations and an enlarged diameter portion for the contacting projection.

Then, a terminal is fixedly secured to a front end of the shield wire, and the terminal is inserted into an electrically-conductive, hollow cylindrical shell, mounted within a housing, through an open, exposed rear end of the shell, so that a shell contact portion of the shield contact member is held against the rear end, and in this condition the shield wire is fixed to the housing.

The extra-length portion can be configured to absorb displacement caused by a force acting upon the wiring harness and forcing it to be extended. The extra-length portion can take a folded shape obtained by folding the conductor.
