    摘要: An optical semiconductor device and an infrared data communication apparatus eliminating a direct current component and a low frequency component included in a light signal. The optical semiconductor device converts a light signal into an electric signal and amplifies the converted electric signal. The optical semiconductor device includes: a photodiode which converts a light signal into a current signal; another photodiode which converts a light signal into a current signal; a current amplifying circuit which includes an operational amplifier which amplifies an output current from the photodiode; and a current-voltage conversion circuit which converts an output current from the other photodiode into a voltage. An output terminal of the current amplifying circuit is connected to an input terminal of the current-voltage conversion circuit.
