摘要:
A heat-sensitive stencil having a thermoplastic resin film, and a porous resin layer formed thereon. The stencil has an air permeability in the range of 1.0 cm.sup.3 /cm.sup.2 .multidot.sec to 157 cm.sup.3 /cm.sup.2 .multidot.sec in a portion thereof when the thermoplastic resin film of the portion is perforated to form perforations providing an open ratio S.sub.O /S.sub.P of at least 0.2, wherein S.sub.O represents a total area of the perforations and S.sub.P represents the area of the portion. The heat-sensitive stencil is prepared by applying a coating liquid containing the resin of the porous resin layer to the thermoplastic resin film and drying the coating. The coating liquid contains a mixture of a good solvent and a poor solvent less vaporizable than the good solvent so that the porous resin layer is formed after drying.

摘要:
In a printer using a stencil, a drum and a stencil feed and discharge unit are constructed integrally with each other. Hence, a stencil can be fed, cut by a thermal head, wrapped around the drum, and then discharged without being cut off. Even a stencil substantially implemented by a thermoplastic resin film, which is thin and soft, can be transported without being creased or otherwise deformed.

A method of manufacturing a printing master by forming perforations in a thermosensitive stencil paper. Thermal energy is applied by a thermal head to the stencil paper, the other side of the paper being free from contact with any other element at a location opposite the thermal head while thermal energy is applied.

A method for producing an aluminum-stabilized superconducting wire is dislcosed herein, which comprises alternately winding superconducting elementary wires and high purity wires around a core, such as an electrically insulated copper wire core, impregnating the entire wire arrangement with solder to bind the wires together and subsequently forming or drawing the wire arrangement to increase the adhesion between the wires. In another embodiment, the thus-impregnated wire arrangement is subjected to a heat treatment to recover the residual resistance ratio of the aluminum. The impregnated wire arrangement is characterized by having a high mechanical toughness and improved electrical contact for greater electrical stability.

An amorphous alloy for a magnetic head has a composition which may be represented asCo.sub.100- T- X- Y- Z Ni.sub.T Hf.sub.X B.sub.Y Si.sub.Z,where T, X, Y and Z satisfy the conditions of 0.75.ltoreq.T.ltoreq.14, 6.ltoreq.X.ltoreq.15, 3.ltoreq.Y.ltoreq.8, 0.ltoreq.Z.ltoreq.0.01, 3.ltoreq.Y+Z.ltoreq.13, and 11.ltoreq.X+Y+Z.ltoreq.25. Such an amorphous alloy has a high crystallization temperature, said temperature being higher than 500.degree. C., and does not lower the effective magnetic permeability, even if gradual cooling is performed after heat treatment. A magnetic head having a core consisting of such an amorphous alloy is not deteriorated in its magnetic properties, even if the head is made by glass bonding.

摘要:
The invention relates an Al-stabilized superconducting wire for use in a superconducting magnet used in a charging magnetic field, such as a pulse magnet and the like, and particularly to an Al-stabilized superconducting wire having the properties of reduced size and light weight, high current density, high stability, low AC loss, etc., and a method for producing the same. The said Al-stabilized superconducting wire has a core chosen from a superconducting elementary wire, an electrically insulated Cu or a Cu alloy, or a nonmagnetic metal or alloys thereof, and wherein the superconducting elementary wires and high purity Al wires are alternately stranded around said core. The stranded cable is bonded by impregnating it with solder, or further by subjecting it to a reduction process and heat treatment thereby making it possible to obtain an aluminum stabilized superconducting wire having said high properties.
