摘要: A soft magnetic alloy has a main component of Fe. The soft magnetic alloy contains P. A Fe-rich phase and a Fe-poor phase are contained. An average concentration of P in the Fe-poor phase is 1.5 times or larger than an average concentration of P in the soft magnetic alloy by number of atoms.

摘要: Ni—Cr—Nb—P—B alloys and metallic glasses are provided, where Nb and B are varied such as to achieve alloys with good glass forming ability that form metallic glasses which may exhibit unexpectedly high strength and/or high thermal stability of the supercooled liquid. Specifically, the alloys of the current disclosure are capable of forming metallic glasses and have critical rod diameters of at least 3 mm, while the metallic glasses exhibit yield strength greater than 2550 MPa and stability of the supercooled liquid of at least 45° C.

摘要: Provided is a brazing alloy powder with which the development of defect in a brazed portion is suppressed and which enables an increase in the joint strength of the portion to be joined. Also provided is a brazed joined component having a high joint strength of the portion to be joined. The brazing alloy powder includes particles which include 55 mass % or more of at least one element selected from Ni, Fe, and Co. The alloy powder includes not less than 10% alloy particles having an amorphous phase. In addition, d90≦60 μm, where d90 is the grain diameter indicating 90% in an integral volume distribution curve according to a laser diffraction scattering method. The joined component includes a plurality of members joined with a brazing material including the brazing alloy powder.

摘要: The present invention is to provide powder made of iron-based metallic glass, the corrosion resistance of which is improved over the conventional powder made of iron-based metallic glass. The basic composition includes a group of iron-based metallic elements that predominantly has Fe, a group of metalloid elements that consists of Si, B, P, and C, and a little amount of a group of elements for improving the degree of supercooling that consists of either or both of Nb and Mo. The powder made of the iron-based metallic glass is obtained by adding to the basic composition an element for improving the corrosion resistance. The obtained powder made of the iron-based metallic glass has an excellent corrosion resistance, an excellent magnetic property, and an excellent insulating property.
