The lever 20 includes a resin-made lever base 26, and metallic plates 27, and the lever base includes a pair of side plate portions 29 disposed contiguous respectively to wall surfaces of the female housing, and an interconnecting portion 31 interconnecting one ends of the side plate portions 29, and the metallic plates are attached respectively to the side plate portions 29 in contiguous relation thereto, and an elastic lock arm 30 for retaining engagement with the female housing is formed at the interconnecting portion 31. The plates 27 are attached respectively to those surfaces of the side plate portions 29 opposed respectively to the wall surfaces of the female housing such that each of the plates is interposed between the corresponding side plate portion 29 and the female housing.

摘要: A lever fitting type connector includes a male connector having a male hood, a female connector having a connector main body fitted into the male hood and having a female hood which covers the male hood, and a lever which is rotatably provided inside of the female hood, and which fits or separates the male connector into or from the female connector. The lever includes a lateral plate which is rotatably engaged with a boss projecting from an inner surface of the female hood. The lateral plate is provided with a drive part far from the fulcrum of the lever in a thickness range of the lateral plate. An outer surface of the male hood is provided with an engagement projection. When the connectors are fitted to each other, these engagement projections engage the drive part of the lever to transmit a fitting force and a separating force generated by turn of the lever to the male connector.

摘要: A belt for use in a continuously variable transmission comprises an annular hoop of laminated metal elements each having a body and a head joined thereto with a pair of recesses defined therebetween, and a pair of rings inserted respectively in the recesses and each comprising a plurality of laminated metal web-shaped rings. The belt is manufactured by an element production line for producing the elements through a plurality of processes, a ring production line for producing the laminated rings through a plurality of processes parallel to the element production line, and a belt assembly line joined to the element production line and the ring production line, for bundling the elements with the laminated rings thereby to assemble the belt. The elements are inspected for a produced state thereof at a terminal end of the element production line and those elements which are judged as acceptable are sent to the belt assembly line. The laminated rings are inspected for a laminated state thereof at a terminal end of the ring production line and those laminated rings which are judged as acceptable are sent to the belt assembly line. Belts are inspected for an assembled state at the belt assembly line and those belts which are judged as acceptable are delivered as products.

摘要: A method of heat-treating a semiconductor wafer comprises: heat-treating a semiconductor wafer in an atmosphere of an inert gas which does not absorb infrared rays in a specific infrared region to determine heat-treating conditions that heat the semiconductor wafer in a desired temperature profile; and heat-treating a semiconductor wafer in an atmosphere of a process gas according to the previously determined heat-treating conditions. Since the inert gas used in predetermining the heat-treating conditions does not absorb infrared radiation in the specific infrared region corresponding to the infrared absorption range of the process gas, the temperature of the semiconductor wafer can be accurately measured by a pyrometer to determine the heat-treating conditions. In the practical heat treatment of a semiconductor wafer, the temperature of a semiconductor wafer can be accurately controlled according to the predetermined heat-treating conditions.

摘要: A handover control method comprises a step in which a mobile station measures radio qualities in a plurality of different frequency cells at predetermined measurement intervals and a step in which the mobile station, when determining that the radio quality in a specific frequency cell satisfies a report condition, starts up a timer for the specific frequency cell and, when the timer for the specific frequency cell has expired, transmits to a radio base station a measurement report including the radio quality in the specific frequency cell. The mobile station, even when a timer for a second frequency cell has expired, does not transmit to the radio base station a measurement report including the radio quality in the second frequency cell if a timer for a first frequency cell having a higher priority than the second frequency cell is running.
