摘要: An injector head unit includes one or more drive chains revolving within a common plane mounted on an upper drive sprocket and a lower drive sprocket, wherein at least one of the upper and lower drive sprockets are configured to move vertically to tension the drive chains, and at least one fixed reference point proximate to at least one of the upper and lower drive sprockets, wherein relative positioning of one of the movable upper and lower drive sprockets with the fixed reference point indicates to a user an amount of elongation of the drive chains after a certain period of time.

摘要: A metal element deformation state detection device is provided in which since a plurality of the metal elements are in line contact with each other via a rocking edge and are aligned in an arc shape to form a metal element row, a light source is disposed on the radially inner side or the radially outer side of the arc of the metal element row, and a deformation state of the metal element is detected by observing passed-through light that has been emitted from the light source and has passed through a gap between adjacent metal elements, slight deformation in the metal element can reliably be detected.

摘要: Disclosed is a power transmission apparatus to detect the deterioration state of a timing belt in use, thereby making it possible to detect at a high accuracy whether or not the timing belt reaches an exchanging time. The power transmission apparatus comprises a crankshaft pulley, an intake camshaft pulley, and a timing belt wound around the crankshaft pulley and the intake camshaft pulley. The timing belt contains a stress light emission material capable of emitting light when receiving an external force. The power transmission apparatus further comprises an optical sensor and an ECU. The optical sensor is disposed to measure light emitted from the timing belt. The ECU is operative to judge whether or not the timing belt is deteriorated and to judge that the timing belt reaches the exchanging time when the timing belt is judged to be deteriorated.

摘要: In examples, methods and systems for sensing tension in a timing belt are provided. In one example, a transmission device is provided that comprises a timing belt transmission configured to cause rotation of an output hub, and the timing belt transmission includes a timing belt with markings. The transmission device also includes a detector for detecting the markings on the timing belt as the timing belt is placed under a tension due to a load at the output hub, and a distance between the markings on the timing belt changes as the timing belt is placed under the tension. The transmission device also includes one or more processors for determining output torque of the timing belt transmission based on the distance between the markings on the timing belt or based on a time between detected markings.

摘要: A device for inspecting a profiled work pieces has a toothing, the profile metrologically detectable by the probe element of a profile probe. The profile and the profile probe are moved relative to one another and at right angles or tangentially to the measuring plane of the profile probe. The device measures work pieces having different numbers of teeth, modules and widths, directly after processing, on site and quickly, for accuracy and deviations, without special profiles for the toothing. The probe element of the profile probe can be applied to the profile of the work piece, can be applied to the profile edge of the work piece that is moving away from the probe element by the probe radius of the probe element, and subsequently, by the lateral surface of the probe element facing the profile edge opposite thereof, is configured so the probe element can be displaced from the profile gap.

摘要: A digital processor for use in a conveyor belt rip detector, which provides excitation signals at a selected frequency to inverted and noninverted sensor loops on a conveyor belt and then detects corresponding received signals from the sensor loops. The digital processor then performs FFTs on the corresponding received signals to provide respective received signal frequency spectrums. Next magnitude and phase values of the selected frequency in the respective received signal frequency spectrums are used to determine a qualitative state of the sensor loops. The selected frequency has a lowest detected ambient noise level, and the magnitude value is a normalized magnitude value.
