    摘要: In an apparatus for ultrasonic diagnosis, an autocorrelation calculator 11 produces Doppler power data P, a shading portion extractor 21 extracts the left-side section of the profile of the ultrasonic image from the Doppler power data P, and a data value converter 22 converts the data value of the extracted shading portion into the data value for shading and converts the data values of remaining portions into a data value different from the data value for shading. The shaded ultrasonic image is visualized as a three-dimensional image so as to facilitate the diagnosis. Particularly, in ultrasonic images of Doppler power mode, blood vessels are visualized as three-dimensional images, and the viewer can identify even small blood vessels accurately.

The method comprises the steps of obtaining blood flow vector distribution maps by a recpetion of waves reflected from a living body to which ultrasonic pulses are radiated, and by a Doppler analysis of the reflected waves, arranging dummy blood corpuscle in domains in which the blood flow vector distribution maps are expressed, calculating flow velocity vector of the dummy blood corpuscle for each dummy blood corpuscle from the blood flow vector distribution maps, forming a plurality of images in which the dummy blood corpuscles are sequentially moved in response to the flow velocity vectors, and sequentially displaying the plurality of the images on a display. Also, the density of the arrangement of the dummy blood corpuscles, for example, corresponds to the blood pressure.

    摘要: A correlation detection type ultrasound blood flowmeter for measuring speed of flowing blood which is passing across two sample volumes which are respectively positioned at the same distance to each other from the blood flowmeter on two sound-beams formed by the blood flowmeter. The speed of flowing blood is measured by cross correlation time-difference detection, and the detection is performed by using sample and hold voltages obtained from echo signals reflected from the flowing blood which is passing across the two sample volumes. To the blood flowmeter, two quadrature detection circuits are applied for selecting echo signals reflected by the flowing blood from echo signals reflected by whole substances located along the two sound-beams by eliminating echo signals reflected by fixed substances located along the two sound-beams, and two range gate circuits are applied to each quadrature detection circuit for extending a range of each sound volume for measuring the speed of the flowing blood which passes across the two sample volumes not only perpendicularly but also aslant to a center line made by the directions of the two sound-beams.

The ultrasonic transducer driving circuit includes a first current discharge circuit configured to allow a current arising from electric charges accumulated in the ultrasonic transducer to flow from the output line to ground when the output line is at a positive voltage, and a second current discharge circuit configured to allow the current arising from the electric charges accumulated in the ultrasonic transducer to flow from ground to the output line when the output line is at a negative voltage. The first current discharge circuit and the second current discharge circuit are controlled based on the output current and/or the output voltage.

    摘要: The transmitter/receiver for a convex probe and linear probe are used to drive a sector probe. Usually, when an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus using a convex probe and linear probe uses a sector probe, it selects vibration elements of N in number, which is equal to the number of channels of the sector probe, out of vibration elements of L in number (N is smaller than L), so that the selected elements are distributed at a virtually constant pitch in the alignment of vibration elements, and turns on only high voltage switches which are connected with the selected vibration elements to implement the sector scanning with the transmitter/receiver. It becomes possible to implement the sector scanning by using the transmitter/receiver having channels less than the number of vibration elements of the sector probe.
