In a lens device, plastic lenses having circular outer periphery are placed in a plastic lens-barrel having an octagonal or more complex polygonal inner surface in such a way that the outer peripheral surfaces of the lenses are press contacted to the inner surface of the polygonal shape. This lens device has press contact portions that are pressed by the lens outer peripheral surface and the lens-barrel inner surface in the vicinity and in both sides of gate traces where optical axis displacement is large so as to suppress the displacement of the gate trace by the press contact portions.

This invention relates to a welded line pipe structure for transporting corrosive petroleum or natural gas. It is constituted by martensitic stainless steel pipes containing 8–16% Cr and at most 0.05% C. By suitably controlling the welding conditions at the time of girth welding of the steel pipes so as to ensure that the Cr concentration in grain boundary Cr-depleted portions existing immediately beneath a weld oxide scale is at least 5%, the occurrence of SCC in a high temperature CO2 environment can be prevented.

In a welded structure and welded pipe, having members joined to each other by welding wherein, at least one of the members is formed of Fe—Ni-base low thermal expansion coefficient alloy, there is provided a welded structure and welded pipe having a weld metal free from cracking and achieving an excellent toughness and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Further, a welding material is provided which can form such a weld metal and is excellent in workability and weldability in fabrication. The weld metal comprises, on the weight % basis, Ni: 30 to 45%, Co: 0 to 10%, C: 0.03 to 0.5%, Mn: 0.7% or less, either one of or the total of Nb and Zr: 0.05 to 4%, and rare earth element: 0 to 0.5%, with impurities being P: 0.02% or less, Al: 0.01% or less, and oxygen: 0.01% or less, wherein each of Si and S satisfies the following formulas {circle around (1)} and {circle around (2)}, where each element symbol in the following formulas {circle around (1)} and {circle around (2)} indicates the content (weight %) of each element. Si≦0.1(Nb+Zr)+0.05% {circle around (1)} S≦0.0015(Nb+Zr)+0.0055% {circle around (2)}

摘要:
A cavity surface-forming plate of a mold for injection-molding a plastic substrate is coarsely polished, and then a surface for defining a cavity is applied with electroless Ni—P plating. The surface of the plating is polished with abrasive grains to obtain surface roughness of Ra≦2.0 nm and Rmax≦22 nm. The plastic substrate molded with the mold has smoothness equivalent to the polished plating surface. A concave-convex pattern for forming pits may be formed on the cavity surface. A magnetic disk or an optical disk provided with the substrate makes it possible to realize the near contact system for a magnetic or magneto-optical head. Thus, it is possible to realize high density recording.
