    摘要: A printing apparatus and a conveyance control method are provided, both capable of detecting a print medium conveying state highly precisely in an entire process of conveying the print medium being printed. For this purpose, the surface of the print medium placed on the belt and the surface of the belt are detected to acquire the moving distance or moving speed of the print medium. Based on the moving distance or moving speed thus obtained, the driving of the belt is controlled. Even in a situation where the object being detected switches from the print medium to the belt in the middle of the conveying operation, the measurement of the moving distance can be performed without interruption by the same detection method using the same optical sensor unit.

    摘要: This invention includes an input operation unit which accepts the operation of selecting a first or a second printing medium and outputs information indicating the selected printing medium, a conveyance path, a conveyance mechanism which conveys the selected printing medium in the conveyance direction, and a control unit. The conveyance mechanism includes a main roller, a driven roller which presses the main roller through the selected printing medium, a rotation member having a cam shape, and an elastic member which deforms to change a pressing force in accordance with the rotational position of the rotation member. The control unit rotates the rotation member to the first rotational position when the first printing medium is selected, and rotates the rotation member to the second rotational position where the pressing force becomes smaller than that at the first rotational position when the second printing medium is selected.

    摘要: This invention relates to a printing apparatus and a conveyance control method capable of allowing even an arrangement having a plurality of conveyance rollers in a printing medium conveyance path to accurately control conveyance of a printing medium. A pattern having a predetermined uniform density is printed on a printing medium a plurality of number of times by using a printhead while conveying the printing medium and changing the conveyance amount by a small amount. A conveyance correction amount obtained on the basis of the conveyance amount upon printing a pattern selected from a plurality of printed pattern is stored in a storage medium. Conveyance of the printing medium is controlled while correcting the conveyance amount of the printing medium by the conveyance means on the basis of the conveyance correction amount stored in the storage means.

    摘要: The present invention provides an active targeting polymer micelle encapsulating a drug, preventing an inappropriate release of a drug which may damage a normal cell. A polymer micelle 100 includes a backbone polymer unit 10 that has a target binding site 11 and a backbone polymer unit 20 that has a drug 14 and is free from the target binding site 11, such polymer units 10 and 20 being disposed in a radial arrangement in a state where the target binding site 11 is directed outward and the drug 14 is directed inward, in which: i) when the micelle is bound to a target 40 while maintaining the radial arrangement, the micelle is taken up into a cell 50 supplying the target 40 through endocytosis, and the drug 14 is released into the cell 50 by collapse of the radial arrangement in the cell 50; and ii) when the radial arrangement collapses in blood 60 before the micelle is bound to a target 40, the unit 20 is excreted through metabolism, to thereby prevent a normal cell from being damaged by the drug 14.
