    Abstract: An object is to provide a method for manufacturing a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode in which a bonding between the positive electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer can be made more continuous or stronger. A method for manufacturing a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode includes: preparing a positive electrode layer solution that includes a positive electrode active material, a binder and a first solvent; forming a positive electrode layer using the positive electrode layer solution; forming an electrolyte layer that includes a solid electrolyte; preparing an adhesive layer solution that includes a solid electrolyte and a second solvent; forming an adhesive layer using the adhesive layer solution; and stacking the positive electrode layer, the adhesive layer and the electrolyte layer in this order, and the second solvent has a higher solubility for the binder than the first solvent.

    Abstract: Provided is a battery cell that can effectively overcome problems caused by known battery cells having an outer jacket constituted by one folded film. A battery cell includes a battery, and an outer jacket accommodating the battery. At least one end face of the battery is connected to a current-collecting tab lead. The outer jacket is constituted by one film which is folded along another end face of the battery different from the end face connected to the current-collecting tab lead, and end portions of which are joined to each other such that the current-collecting tab lead is sandwiched between the end portions. The outer jacket has a hole at a position adjacent to the end face connected to the current-collecting tab lead, the hole being blocked.

    Abstract: A battery cell capable of: holding an electrode laminate uniformly and improving lamination dislocation as well as the durability of an electrode is provided. A battery cell includes an electrode laminate in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are alternately laminated via an electrolyte layer. The battery cell includes a tube-shaped insulating member that holds the electrode laminate, and the insulating member is heat-shrinkable mainly in a direction parallel to the lamination direction of the electrode laminate. The insulating member preferably has a heat shrinkage percentage of to −5% to 5% in a direction in which the current collector tab of the electrode laminate extends.

    Abstract: Provided are an electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries which can prevent cracking of the electrode, and a lithium ion secondary battery made using the same. An electrode (1, 2) for a lithium ion secondary battery (100) includes a collector (10, 20) of a metal porous body having a predetermined thickness, and having a corner of at least one location in a stereoscopic view; and an electrode mixture (18, 28) filled into these pores. The collector has a mixture filled region (11, 21) in which the electrode mixture is filled, and a mixture non-filled region (15, 25) in which the electrode mixture is not filled, or a high modulus filler having smaller elastic modulus than the electrode mixture is filled, existing at a corner of the collector.

    Abstract: To provide a solid-state battery capable of achieving a higher capacity. A solid-state battery includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode and the negative electrode each includes a current collector that is a metal porous body having a spiral shape, and an electrode material mixture with which the current collector is filled. The positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged in combination such that opposing faces of the positive electrode and the negative electrode alternately contact each other in an axial direction of the spiral shape. A pair of the positive electrode and the negative electrode having the above structure are housed in an exterior packaging body having a cylindrical shape to achieve a higher capacity of the solid-state battery.
