摘要： A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. First, a first substrate having a first electrode layer is provided. Then, a sealant is formed on the first substrate, and the sealant surrounds a periphery of the first substrate to define a closed area. Next, a dielectric material is dripped in the closed area. Then, a second substrate having, a second electrode layer is provided. The first substrate and the second substrate are assembled and joined by the sealant, such that the dielectric material fills the closed area to form a dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate. The touch panel has good quality, and the yield rate of the method of fabricating the touch panel is high.

摘要： An open-end wrench for quickly turning an object includes a driving end including a first jaw and a second jaw which cooperate together. One of the first and second jaws includes a recess defined therein. Further, a movable engaging member includes a body pivotally fixed in the recess by a pivot. The body is in a surface contact with a lateral wall of the recess, and the recess supports the body. The pivot is inserted through the body and is fixedly engaged with a wall of the recess. Further, an elastic member resiliently engages with the movable engaging member. Furthermore, the open-end wrench is turned in a first turning direction to turn the object and in a second turning direction to move relatively to the object.

Each of the first sensing series is formed by first electrodes serially connected through first connecting lines in a first direction, and each of the second series is formed by second electrodes serially connected through second connecting lines in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are electrically insulated from one another. Each of the first electrodes is separated from one of the second electrodes by a gap in a horizontal direction parallel to the first substrate. The compensating patterns are located inside the gaps.

The touch panel includes a substrate, a first touch sensing element, a decoration layer, a decoration pattern, and a plurality of transmission lines. The first touch sensing element is located at least in the display region. The decoration layer is located in the non-display region of the substrate. The decoration layer has a slot. The decoration pattern is disposed on the substrate corresponding to the slot. The transmission lines disposed in the non-display region cross over the slot, wherein each transmission line includes a transparent section and a plurality of non-transparent sections connected with two opposite sides of the transparent section and the transparent section is at a location at least corresponding to the slot.
