摘要： A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. First, a first substrate having a first electrode layer is provided. Then, a sealant is formed on the first substrate, and the sealant surrounds a periphery of the first substrate to define a closed area. Next, a dielectric material is dripped in the closed area. Then, a second substrate having, a second electrode layer is provided. The first substrate and the second substrate are assembled and joined by the sealant, such that the dielectric material fills the closed area to form a dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate. The touch panel has good quality, and the yield rate of the method of fabricating the touch panel is high.

摘要： A transflective pixel structure suitable for being disposed on a substrate is provided. The transflective pixel structure includes a gate, a gate insulator, a channel layer, a transflective conductive layer, a passivation layer, and a second transflective film. The gate is disposed on the substrate and the gate insulator is disposed on the substrate to cover the gate. The channel layer is disposed on the gate insulator and located above the gate. The transflective conductive layer is disposed on part of the channel layer and part of the gate insulator. The passivation layer is disposed on the transflective conductive layer and part of the channel layer, and the second transflective film is disposed on part of the passivation layer. The transflective conductive layer includes a source, a drain, and a first transflective film connected to the drain. Besides, the second transflective film is located above the first transflective film.

摘要： A touch display device including a touch panel, a protection layer, a conductive optical adhesive layer and a display panel is provided. The touch panel includes a substrate, pads, at least one grounding pad, a touch-sensing device, and at least one ESD protection line. The touch panel includes a pad area and an active area. The pads and the grounding pad are disposed on the substrate and located in the pad area. The touch-sensing device is disposed on the substrate and located in the active area. The ESD protection line is disposed on the substrate and located at a side of the active area. The protection layer including a first opening covers the touch panel and a portion of the pad area is exposed by the first opening. The conductive optical adhesive layer is disposed on the protection layer and electrically connected to the ESD protection circuit.

The non-oxide adhesive layer is attached on the substrate and the ITO film is attached on the non-oxide adhesive layer. The non-oxide adhesive layer will not diffuse oxygen in the high temperature environment to affect the indium tin oxide film, so that the panel keeps in a thermal stable condition.

摘要： A LCD panel includes a plurality of pixel elements. Each pixel element includes a first substrate, a second substrate and an optical filter portion. The first substrate and the second substrate are parallel to each other, and a liquid crystal layer is sealed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a reflective portion, and the second substrate includes a color filter layer. The color filter layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate has an opening opposite to the reflective portion. The optical filter portion is disposed in the opening of the color filter layer for providing color compensation in a reflection mode.
