    Abstract: This application discloses a control information sending method, a data block transmission method, and a related apparatus. The control information sending method in this application is used to schedule multiple transmission time intervals TTIs for data transmission, and the multiple TTIs include at least a first TTI and a second TTI. The method includes: generating first control information, where the first control information is partial control information required for scheduling each of the multiple TTIs; generating second control information, where the second control information is remaining control information, other than the first control information, in complete control information for scheduling the first TTI; and generating third control information, where the third control information is partial control information required for scheduling the second TTI, where the first control information and the third control information are corresponding to complete control information required for scheduling the second TTI.

    Abstract: This application provides example downlink control information transmission methods and apparatuses. In an example method, a terminal device receives first configuration information. The first configuration information may indicate the terminal device to monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate in a first scheduling cell and a second scheduling cell. The PDCCH candidate is used to carry downlink control information for scheduling data transmission in a same scheduled cell. The terminal device determines, for the same scheduled cell, monitoring upper limits of the PDCCH candidate in a first unit time and a second unit time. The first unit time is determined based on a subcarrier spacing of an active downlink bandwidth part in the first scheduling cell, and the second unit time is determined based on a subcarrier spacing of an active downlink bandwidth part in the second scheduling cell.
