Abstract: An audio data processing method comprises receiving at least one audio signal frame from an audio playing program, obtaining a first average power of the at least on audio signal frame, determining whether the first average power of the at least one audio signal frame is less than a first threshold and whether the audio playing program is in a background running mode, and in response to determining that the first average power of the at least one audio signal frame is less than the first threshold and the audio playing program is in the background running mode, triggering the audio playing program to pause playing.

Abstract: Example random access methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a terminal device receives a system message that is sent by a network device on a first downlink carrier. The system message includes first information for performing random access on a first uplink carrier and second information for performing random access on a second uplink carrier. A frequency of the first uplink carrier is higher than a frequency of the second uplink carrier, and a frequency of the first downlink carrier is the same as the frequency of the first uplink carrier. The terminal device sends a random access request message on the first uplink carrier or on the second uplink carrier, and receives a random access response message that is sent by the network device on the first downlink carrier.

Under these methods, a timing adjustment amount can be determined by a first access network device. The timing adjustment amount is an adjustment amount between a first timing at which the first access network device sends a first downlink signal to a first terminal device on a first frequency band and a second timing at which the first access network device sends a second downlink signal to the first terminal device on a second frequency band. The first frequency band and the second frequency band are paired frequency bands. First indication information can be sent, by the first access network device, to the first terminal device. The first indication information indicates the timing adjustment amount.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a method for sending information, a method for receiving information, a network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a first network device, first indication information, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first time segment and N second time segments, the first time segment is used by a first terminal device to send a first measurement signal to at least one second terminal device in coverage of N second network devices, and a kth second time segment of the N second time segments is used by the first terminal device to receive a second measurement signal from a second terminal device in the coverage of a kth second network device of the N second network devices, where N is a positive integer, and k=1, 2, . . . , and N; and sending, by the first network device, the first indication information to the first terminal device. According to the method in the embodiments of this disclosure, the first terminal device can learn of a resource for sending a measurement signal and a resource for receiving a measurement signal, to successfully send and receive the measurement signals.
