Abstract: Example grouping methods, apparatuses, and systems are provided. One example method includes receiving, by a central unit, a first interference intensity indication reported by at least one distributed unit. The central unit can then group the at least one distributed unit into at least one first distributed unit group based on the first interference intensity indication. The central unit can then send, to a controller, a distributed unit grouping indication and a second interference intensity indication that corresponds to the at least one first distributed unit group, where the distributed unit grouping indication is used to indicate the at least one first distributed unit group.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a method for controlling a status of a terminal device, a terminal device, and a network device. Under the method, a terminal device in an inactive state can sent a first request message to a first network device. The first request message includes first identifier information of the terminal device. The terminal device can then receive a first response message sent by the first network device. The first response message is configured to instruct the terminal device to enter an idle state or enter the inactive state. In this way, the terminal device does not need to switch to a connected state in advance, so that signaling overheads can be reduced, and power consumption of the terminal device can be reduced.

The first communication apparatus receives a second message from the second communication apparatus, where the second message indicates a consensus mode set for blockchain communication. The first communication apparatus sends a third message to the second communication apparatus, where the third message indicates first consensus mode information in the consensus mode set. The first communication apparatus receives a fourth message from the second communication apparatus, where the fourth message indicates that the DCP initial access succeeds or fails.

Abstract: The disclosure provides data transmission methods and apparatuses. One example method includes when the terminal device needs to perform the cross-network movement, the terminal device sends a message to a network element of a network accessed by the terminal device, to notify that the terminal device is to perform the cross-network movement from a source network to a target network. Therefore, during the movement of the terminal device, a network side pauses transmission of user plane data of the terminal device, and buffers data that is not sent before the terminal device performs the cross-network movement. After accessing the target network, the network side sends the buffered data to the terminal device.
