Abstract: A display device including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix on a substrate along a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, wherein each of the plurality of pixels includes a transistor, a first transparent conductive layer arranged over the transistor and electrically connected to the transistor, a first insulating layer arranged over the first transparent conductive layer, a second transparent conductive layer arranged in the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the first transparent conductive layer via an opening extending over the plurality of pixels arranged in line in the first direction, a filling member arranged over the second transparent conductive layer to fill the interior of the opening, a third transparent conductive layer arranged on the first insulating layer and the filling member, and a metal layer in contact with the third transparent electrode.

The shield wiring line is electrically coupled to, among the signal lines, a power supply signal line configured to supply a power supply potential to the transistors.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a fingerprint detection device includes: a substrate; a plurality of drive electrodes provided on one surface side of the substrate and arranged in a first direction; a plurality of detection electrodes provided on the one surface side and arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and an insulating layer provided in a normal direction of the substrate between each of the drive electrodes and the corresponding detection electrodes. The detection electrodes intersect the drive electrodes in the normal direction of the substrate. The detection electrodes include: a first metallic layer; and a second metallic layer positioned closer to the one surface than the first metallic layer to the one surface. The first metallic layer has a reflectance of visible light lower than that of the second metallic layer.

Abstract: According to an aspect, an array substrate includes: a substrate; a light-shielding layer; a first gate electrode; a semiconductor layer; a signal line; and an electrode. A first surface of the substrate is provided with, in sequence, the light-shielding layer, the first gate electrode, the semiconductor layer, the signal line, and the electrode. The semiconductor layer includes a first impurity region electrically coupled to the electrode, a first channel region overlapping the first gate electrode, a second impurity region opposite to the first impurity region with respect to the first channel region, and a first lightly doped drain region between the first impurity region and the first channel region. The light-shielding layer has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The first end overlaps the first channel region. The light-shielding layer overlaps a boundary between the first channel region and the first lightly doped drain region.
